Newlin Endodontics, St Peters MO

My regular dentist referred me to Dr Newlin after doing an X-ray & not seeing anything on a regular X-ray. I had an appt with Dr Newlin this Thursday but I called the end of last week to try to get in sooner. I spoke to at least 2 different office staff. One initially mentioned a same day appt but then wanted to get my X-ray from my regular dentist first. I was told I’d get a call back. I hadn’t gotten a call back so I followed up, they got my X-Ray but Dr Newlin hadn’t seen it yet. After calling several times that day & waiting to see if I was going to be able to come in i was finally told that Dr Newlin called in an antibiotic and wanted me to just keep my appt for this Thursday. This was not handled properly from the office staff to Dr Newlin. I absolutely do NOT recommend this office!

Dr. Newlin and his staff are amazing. Very informative and knowledgeable. He and his assistant took their time to explain each step as they worked, showed X-rays and scans, and made the whole experience quick and painless. I would highly recommend them for any endodontic procedures.

Dr. Newlin did an amazing job with my root canal. I was very anxious going in but was assured I wouldn't feel any pain and I didn't! The staff was very friendly as well. I highly recommend to anyone in need of a great Endodontist.

My husband had an emergency and needed to be seen ASAP. Due to the circumstances, our military insurance (Tricare) authorized my husband to be treated by Doctor Newlin, even though he’s not in network. The insurance called his office and assured them that the treatment would be paid in full, but Dr. Newlin refused to see my husband unless he paid everything up front. My husband’s dentist referred him to Dr. Newlin and even called him to say that my husband was in excruciating pain and wouldn’t make it through the night. He still refused to provide care. My husband was in excruciating pain for over 12 hours. Dr. Newlin runs a money driven dental office and has no regards for patient’s wellbeing.
