NextCare Urgent Care, Liberty MO

My experience was wonderful. Lisa S.at the front desk was amazing and so willing to help. With the power outrage yesterday she immediately contacted when the power was up to get me in. She was kind, empathetic and helpful. The clinicians took their time and really talked to me. Thank you!

I walked in 20 minutes before they closed worried I wouldn’t be seen. I didn’t have anything to worry about. The staff took great care of me and got me out before 8: 30pm. Highly recommend.

My friend had a large abscess.dr prescribed antibiotic.the abscess was worse the next morning even with three doses of the antibiotic! We went to ER.because it got much larger and redness surrounding.dr said this should have been lanced and he did plus packed it with antibiotic and wrapped it and sent home more wrapping with him! I don’t think we should have had to deal with this the very next day in ER! It should have been taken care of at Urgent care! My friend is a veteran and will share the care he received

This place has gone down hill. This is a scam. There is no professional medical assessment. All this is is a place that pushes labs. They wanted me to sign a consent to pay form for extra labs before anything else. The PA was sloppy in attitude and dress. It felt like a bunch of flunkies pretending to be medical professionals.

Danielle was very professional yet she was caring and patient. I really appreciated her answering my questions. She was very thorough.

I want to give the doc and nurse 5+ stars
the unfriendly check in clerk 0 for date of service 7.28.23 from 530pm-830pm.very busy tonight but yet doc and nurse were so helpful, it’s too bad one person had to be unkind on multiple occasions (and not just to me) and make this experience less than desirable.its not like i wanted to be sick.

Had appt at 10: 40 today.wasnt the fastest.they apologized. I thought it was kidney on left side but urine was clean.some how I pulled a muscle on left side lower back. Closer then my Dr office.

Very nice and caring I actually went to the wrong location I went to Liberty instead of the Ambassador location.
Lisa was very kind and switched me to Liberty.
Nurse and Dr were very personable and caring

Great place! Arrived right before they closed and didn't feel rushed by them at all. Got the antibiotics I needed.

I made my appointment on line which was so easy. The wait time today was what I feel is normal for urgent care.

Got in quickly and every staff member I interacted with was so friendly. Definitely going to keep them in mind next time I need urgent care.

First time there and will definitely be going back. The Dr.gave some great medical advice to treat a nasty spider bite and it is helping so much. Thank you!
