NextCare Urgent Care reviews
20I have been here previously and liked the service. But this last time I made an appointment online for a covid test. I get there and check in online, the lady behind the counter asks why I need the test, I let her know it is for my employer and she says my insurance isn’t going to pay for it and it will be over $100 out of pocket. I leave and contact my insurance provider and I am told they do cover covid testing. Ended up using the CVS covid testing instead. This place was a waste of time. Will not go back.
Terrible customer service and overcharged for a visit BEFORE whatever they consider treatment was given, which was NOTHING.
AVOID THESE AMATEURS!
Most fun I’ve had in a hospital setting. The front desk administrative assistant (Lindsey?) was funny while keeping her professionalism. The process was timely and streamlined. I have an intense fear of needles (Blood Injection Injury Phobia) and the nurses (Irene and Shatara) were so understanding, kind, and respectful. Both of them were personable and kept the conversation lighthearted (per my request to use distraction techniques). Shatara’s care was quick and painless. When I felt dizzy, Irene had a take charge attitude and knew exactly what to do. I felt like I was in excellent care. Strongly recommend. 10 stars if I could rate that high.
I showed up earlier and was assisted within 10 minutes! Amazing customer service, I was just scanned for COVID (negative) and was just recommended to take over the counter prescriptions. Very clean and established atmosphere. I most definitely will go here again for my medical needs.
11am reservation
Left after 1230, saw employees leaving for lunch and i had been waiting 1.5 hrs when i was told no wait online
It was convenient to schedule and the staff was courteous and professional…
but I waited 30 minutes after my appointment time and watched people who came in after me go back before me.
If the time doesn’t work text me with a new time.
I was able to get an appointment quick and got in and out. The staff was great. I was there a max of 45min and none of it was waiting.
They offer you issuance - but they don’t explain the entire process. Went in they don’t know what’s wrong, but it was an allergic reaction! The debit my account for 7 months & I haven’t seen them since my first visit & I paid the entire fee & never once they stated they will be deducting 40.00 every month after 3 months! And it takes 2 hours to answer their phone! Worse pls e ever
Like the online check in. Quick to see the doctor. Only issue is there were no Auto door operators, which was difficult with crutches and a non weight bearing knee condition.
NextCare Urgent Care in Lee’s Summit was great! The front desk was friendly & the ease of having all my paperwork filled out from the app was very convenient. The Nurse, X-Ray Tech & Physician’s Assistant were great & very helpful. Very well ran facility!
The Dr was incredible & made me feel totally at ease. Took time to listen & repeated out loud her notes within my own report.
This was the kindest office I have been to in a long time. Maybe ever. They were quick efficient and reasonably priced. They saw me even though I showed up right at closing time and were caring and good. The reception lady was funny and nice, the nurse was efficient and kind and the doctor was amazing. Thank you!
They were great from start to finish! Never thought i would say I enjoyed going to urgent care, but everyone was so nice and personable! The Dr. Went above and beyond to spend a little extra time with me in making a recommendation, too!
It took 24 hours and 5 phone calls to verify that they had sent my prescription to the correct pharmacy - which they had not. Meanwhile, my condition was actively getting worse.
I took my 6 year old in with a high fever. Every person who talked to us was awesome with him. I didn't expect that given it's not a facility specializing in children. They made it a stress free visit for my little guy and I'm very thankful!
Front desk, nurse, AND doctor were all pretty awesome to deal with when I was in quite some pain, 5 stars all the way, thank you ladies!
First time here on 6/30/22 around 6-8 pm. Had a bit of a wait with enrolling but that's ok. The receptionist had alot of patients and was helpful and nice. Once I was called to the back the nurse was very nice and understanding to my personal issues. The Nurse Practitioner was also understanding and made me feel very comfortable. I was in and out in about 20 minutes of seeing him. Very good experience and I definitely will be going back if need be. 10 stars if I could rate this place. Must have insurance and/or co-pay.
We show up to take a pre-employment drug test, the lady behind the counter said to sit and wait then later proceeded to tell us to go online and check in which didn't work and then could not tell me how long the wait would be. I would not ever suggest that anyone go to this place.
As soon as I walked in they asked may I help you. The sign-in was unique if you have a cell phone. The wait wasn't long and the staff was friendly and helpful.
They are very nice here and the Doctors I have dealt with have been very good. However, I’m a senior and it is hard to enter the office without automatic door openers. Please add them.
