I've had a consistently good experience have my Itasca motorhome serviced here.

A lways very helpful with any questions or parts you need to figure out. They even find things that are harder to find all the time.

Parts people were good. On google it says they open at 6. Came down here it says 7. Walked in there someone was there to help me. I got the part and had to wait till 7 to pay. Went outside. Figure I would check my oil and coolant level while I was here at 6: 30 in the morning. Not a soul around anywhere. I had my hood popped for 5 minutes and someone comes out and tells me that I should move my truck to the back (I was already on the side) out of everyone’s way. And not to do that infront of their business!

Recently visited for an alternator belt & tensioner, absolutely recommend these folks for quality service!

I came in at aprox 11: 30 pm on a thursday to the nights parts counter. My 02 tahoe had a broken rear coolant line and no other parts stores are open this late. The young man working the counter didnt hesitate a second to see what he could do to help me out. "Unfortunately the line itself isnt available anymore. " he says. This didnt stop him from giving me alternatives, even if just temporary, to get my tahoe rolling. He went above and beyond my expectations to find the right parts that were readily available. He was friendly, patient and knowledgeable. I came in at 11: 30pm, they close at 12: 00am. Not once did i feel rushed or pressured to buy anything. Thank you Alex for being the model of what customer service should be. I.appreciate you.
