Not very organized.they canceled my load after I arrived stating they didn't have the product and that they actually canceled it the day before. Either way was a waste of my time. But from the looks of the place there's lots of space.

I was expecting a nightmare after reading the previously 100% negative reviews on this place. Either I was lucky or the previous reviewers were doing something wrong. I gave four stars because there was no bathroom access and no overnight parking available. I showed up for a 2: 30pm appt.at 1: 40pm. They immediately gave me a dock assignment. This place, like most Niagara warehouses, is mostly automated. I never actually spoke to someone fact-to-face. You check in with a comm-box at the East side entrance and are given a dock assignment. They tell you have to back into the docks perfectly straight and aligned. There is a set of arrow lights at the dock that tells you if you are too far left or right. The automated dock system locks you in and Robot loaders load your trailer. Once you have a green light you can proceed to the exit gate where you verify your load info (name, trailer #, etc.) and pick up a provided seal. Input the seal and printers inside the kiosk puts out two copies of your BOLs. I was in and out within an hour and a half and so were the three trucks that checked in with me.

Never ever came back they take my 10 hours and then give u over weight and nobody there help me out everything u do it ur self be aware guys as? Ols…. I Realy getting hard time to set this weight…….

I stood at the gate 10 hours, after which I was told that your load was not there. And you can wait in the parking lot I will never come here again.

Really good at holding you hostage at the gate for hours. Can't understand why they'd do that. You ring into them and they tell you to hold on and never come back on to talk. Finally got a hold of someone, asked them to open the gate and got the hell out of there.

It’s been nine hours on dock they don’t know weather to load or unload, if you come here bring your food with you, very unprofessional and slow. Very bad experience.
