Might be a beautiful campus, but the customer service is God awful. Full mailboxes and the worst customer service chat personnel ever.
Really bad.

I enjoyed my time at the St. Louis campus, and I love my work experiences. The campus is wonderfully manicured with wildlife all around. I was there in the spring. Birds were chirping, and turkeys were gobbling. The people I work with are top-notch. I am excited about Nidec's direction and the products we make.

This company is all fouled up! Management runs and hides or pushes the blame to other departments.
High paced high stress. 80% of staff works from home to HIDE from Responsibilities needed at place of employment SHEEP!
Ferguson location is horrible. My 3rd floor window got shot out by a 9mm round.
The Benefit package is overrated pay way too much for health insurance weekly contributions and the 401 (k) Is the only thing these employees want to live for how sad.
I Chalk it up to one of the major mistakes in my life.
