Nikki Nails, Florissant MO

I used to go here all the time. They get you right in and are always very nice. I used to love going to Angie cause she does excellent work. However I stopped going because they have increased their prices ridiculously. So I decided to give them a try again. I called prior to arriving to ask about the price of eyebrow tinting. They said it was 20 dollars. I go there and got a fill in with gel powder, and I asked specifically for brown eyebrow tint. Once my nails are finished, the tech proceeded to do my brow. She first starting waxing my brows, and I’m thinking nothing of it as I assumed it was part of the process from getting them done elsewhere. She said thank you. I was like no, I asked for an eyebrow tint. She did the tint, and then she charged me 30 dollars for the tint and the wax that I did not ask for. I told talked to the owner, and she of course took the tech side and insisted that I pay the 30$. My total came to 77 dollars. For a fill in and tint job that did not last longer than a day. I will never patronize this greedy location again. They could have at least recognized their mistake and make accommodations. But unfortunately they did not. Again I will NEVER come here again. I’ll be going to nail me good. They are more reasonably priced

So I went in again. After the second time my nails were rushed. She took my nails off with another nail! It was pulling my nails off. I have never had that before. It was hurting. But that’s besides the point. I asked about white nails with a design. I got it. But the shape is horridly done. I asked for square, and got something of a duck nail on a few of my nails. They’re uneven. The only nails that look great are the ones with designs. I had glue all over my fingers. And the filing was so rough, it’s still shavings hanging off my nails. I tried something new. And I’m just not happy. And to just charge $80? I’m just over it. I think I’ll be looking for another place.

Nikki and Angie are my go to girls! They know im picky af and I always leave happy. Love KJ too, they're receptionist she always acknowledges me as a regular and makes booking easy. Been going here almost 10 years miiissss you Joe!

Best nail saloon ever! Utmost attention to customer satisfaction and very clean service including the warmest hospitality!

I really like how they do my nails and feet but the hidden fees should be told upfront not after the service. They can miss their tip because of that.
Update:
I will have to stop going to Nikki nails for awhile because of some of the unprofessional services I received. The hidden fees needs to be told upfront not after services are done. And they are getting a little sloppy with how they do their services. My nails were horrible when I left. I went down the street to have them redo what I needed done for less money.

Lisa did a very good job. She made sure the shape was just what I wanted. I can be a little picky.

The young lady who did my pedicure took her time. Asked me questions and corrected the mistake another shop did.

Please don't waste your time, the lady was nice yes but my nails was rushed and mind you I was the first person in the building. Two nails popped off literally 10hrs after. I called and told them the boss said I could come back. Had to work the next day so I told her I'd be back the day after making it the 3rd day. Got there explain that I called etc they wanted to charge me and got upset because I said it's not right. The lady then said it'll be for free. Now when she said this the lady who was fixing my nails got an attitude and started asking if I did hard work as to why it came off. Either way I thanked them for fixing there mistakes and they flat out ignored me. Oh but the best part of it is immediately as I got home three more nails popped I was definitely not going back to the hostile environment. Just take heed when going there the way these nails popping I'm guessing they use mma products

So they took away the menu with all the options for pedicures. So now a pedicure is like $40. At my recent visit the tech stood at the counter while I was paying to make sure I put a tip.

I'll never be back because I don't like feeling pressure to tip. The checkout experience was so uncomfortable and this is maybe the 2nd time this has happened. I'll just have to find a new shop. After years of going here I'm happy to be done

Came in with my daughter. My technician was amazing did everything great. But the technician who did my daughter's nails was rude rushing and keept looking away while doing her nails. She cut my daughter several times and her nails look like the are bumpy and uneven. Also she did the wrong shape. My daughter is not a confrontational person but the lady made her cry.

This was thee most horrible experience that I've ever had at a nail salon. It was busy and I was ok with waiting, but I was not happy when it was finally my turn, the nail artist rushed through my pedicure. My toenails were crooked and I asked her several times to fix it and she just couldn't get it together so I had to file MY OWN TOES! The polish was lumpy and regardless of how many times I tried to correct her, she just wasn't listening. The original nail design I wanted had to be changed because if she couldn't do a simple pedicure, she def couldn't get my nails right. So I picked something simple and it was HORRIBLE. My nails were crooked, the polish was lumpy and my French tips were crooked! Amy was nice but she should not be allowed to do anyone's nails EVER! I paid $100, left a tip and expressed how unhappy I was about my experience. The manager agreed that they looked terrible, mentioned that I was the 5th person that Amy had messed up and asked when I could come back to get my nails redone.
So I came back on a different day and the lady, Nikki, who was supposed to be there to redo my nails wasn't. The manager asked a different nail tech to do my nails, he refused, so I had to come back AGAIN on a different day! I was so unhappy and disappointed. That's what I get for trying them again. They finally fixed my nails nicely but they didn't offer me anything for all the trouble and inconvenience I went through. NEVER AGAIN will I set foot in there.

First off let me say this place is a rip off. I paid $97.00 dollars on gel pedicure and manicure. They bully you into getting gel even after you keep saying regular. I went home my nails ate so thick and two if the gel nails peeled off on the side day two. If that doesn't make things bad. I am leaving to work and look down my gel entire toenail polish came off. The quality of that gel is horrible. Why do we keep spending money with them. I am exhausted with the loud talking from staff. I go to a nail spa to relax not to hear so much noise you feel like you are at a concert. PLEASE STOP GOING TO THESE ESTABLISHMENTS. THE DON'T RESPECT US OR THE MONEY WE WORK HARD FOR!

I came in for a pedicure and I got a gentlemen. He half did my pedicure. After mentioning it to the shop manager, I was basically told they couldn’t do anything about it because he claimed he did the correct procedures and gave me $3 off. First and last time visiting. Never again.
