No. 1 Chinese Restaurant, O'Fallon MO

Never received my order and was told for over a hour that it should be there any minute. Tried to get my money back and still waiting. Never again.

This place has not one time delivered my order without me having to call. Everytime they tell me it just left. There food is so good it keeps us ordering but waiting over an hour and a half is getting to be not worth it.

BEST Chinese food around! My boyfriend and I, we eat here regularly. I highly recommend the Beef and Broccoli. Their fried rice is amazing! I love their crab Rangoon and their Egg Rolls! Anything you order is delicious!

The personal feel the staff gives is unmatched! You will feel right at home! I think it’s the best chinese food in ofallon too! Love this place:)

1 hour after my chicken gets here it’s not done red to the bone! And I ordered this for my 2 year old grandson. A waste of my time and money and furthermore ridiculous to serve customers food like this.

The hidden gem of O’Fallon. The taste of their food is unmatched. My wife and I just tried this place tonight and will most definitely be coming back! The wait is a bit but that is because the food is cooked fresh as ordered. Very kinda staff as well. Thanks!

The last time i ordered in the store. It was somewhat early 4: 00ish PM. Before dinner and after lunch.
At any rate, when i opened up my fried rice (back home). It looked smelled and tasted as if they scraped the rice out of the woks from the day before! [THIS IS NOT EMBELLISHED] The rice did not have pork bits, no trace of onions, no egg bits, nothing. It was the dark, funky color from rice that sat out all night. It had no identifiables to call it (pork, chicken, or beef) fried-rice.
THE TAKEAWAY (all puns intended) @ $22+ for me only, NO DRINK or extra soy sauce either. It was unedible.
Time is a precious commodity and it was bad enough that ive taken the time to write this review!

Really disappointed Unusually good food but I asked for extra sauce and didn’t get it …again! Plus this time the rice was way under cooked as well. I think I want my money back as this is inedible today!

Usually love this place; it’s always been our go to, never had an issue. Actually had an issue with our order tonight and after calling repeatedly for 10 minutes; when our delivery was 30 minutes late already…I was told all they would do is credit my phone number; not make the food right. I have a shellfish allergy, I no longer have a dinner tonight.

My delivery was early, but part of my order was wrong. The ticket was correct but my food was wrong. When I called they just offered to do better next time. They did even include fortune cookies! Will not be ordering again.

This is the only good Chinese place in the O’Fallon area! Prices are reasonable, friendly, order always right and delivery is normally fast/seamless- if it’s delayed they always call to let us know. Great crab rangoon, fried rice, honey chicken, sesame chicken, chicken & Chinese veggies- it’s all good.

I will let you know when I get my food that I ordered for delivery. They usually are on time and the food is usually great. I don't know why I'm having to post a review before I get my delivery.i wi post another review after I get my delivery

The only Chinese place in St Charles County I actually crave! By far the best! I drive 20min from my house and 20min back just cause everywhere in between doesn't stand up to No1 China!

I absolutely love this place. Food is always good. Delivery time is reasonable. They seem nice enough. And out of the several dozen times I have ordered over the years they only got one order incorrect with a missing item. I would like to give them 5 stars but I do have some issues.

1. The food seems to be getting more and more expensive all the time. Not just with inflation but on a regular basis.
2. I get a receipt stapled to the bag but it's in a language I cannot read. How do I know I'm being charged properly. The prices online are not always the same if you ask them.
3. They don't off the lunch specials on Sunday's, so you are forced to buy the bigger plate.
4. I just called maybe 5 or 6 times in a 15 minute period because Google says they open at 11: 30am but they wouldn't pick up until 11: 45am.
5. They jam pack the food so tightly into the plastic containers that when you open them food falls out of the sides.
6. And apparently they are charging $1 each teeny tiny cup I order of ginger sauce. Most other places charge $. 25 or maybe even $. 50. $1 per little cup is outrageous.

Even after all this, I will still order from here but I wish they would pull it together. Shape up or ship out. Because you're not the only Chinese food around.

Totally overcharged us for our food. Once I got home from picking up the food I looked at the menu prices and it was above the charges on the menu. Watch your bill as they will scam you! Crab Rangoon was not fresh either.

I don’t know why this place doesn’t have a higher rating.it’s always delicious and my order has never been wrong.they also have really good lunch prices and the lady working the counter is always so sweet

Great food and fast! For the people giving bad reviews based on door dash it is nonsense they have delivery! Delivery services suck and over charge anyway.

Do not miss out on ordering from here. The food is so yummy! Everything is fresh and served hot! Glad the hubs and I decided to change up a bit from our normal go tos. You will not be disappointed.

Very good food, I order from here all the time never been disappointed, besides one time I order Lou mein and got fried rice instead but overall very good

They have been the most consistent Chinese restaurant in the area! Thier food is delicious, hot, and the portion sizes will not leave you hungry!
