This place is forever my car place no matter what. They have taken very good care of me. They know all the right people. For example, when I had a major problem with my car they made me feel very take care of and not taken advantage of. They got me in quick, into a mechanic they referred, and was pleasantly surprised to have the same customer service. Not to mention they had a different tow company (I'm assuming works for them) come out and help me get my car to the mechanic. I did not have to go through the hassle of having a car problem, Andrew went above and beyond during that stressful time. I will have this car paid off here coming soon and all I can think was what a great experience and customer service I have had with these guys. Seriously thank you, and I hope to continue to buy cars through you guys, and refer ANYONE who is looking for a car.

Car that salesman said was good.had console in thrown in trunk. The picture advertised has hubcaps but car did not. Sounded horrible when started car. We didn't even test drive it.

My daughter purchased a 2015 Chevy Cruze, back in feb.a month into having the car. The heat went out, dealership replaced, then boom two months into having the car the driver window motor went out! Then the car started running hot, the thermostat needed to b replaced. They added the cost of repairs to my daughters account! After the thermostat was replaced a few more months down the line boom thermostat problem again supposedly the janky dealership across the street assisted with repairs from time to time & they put some old defective parts in the car for a quick fix & the car rejected the parts! Financing a car through them was the worse choice my daughter made! After the car had to be sent a total of 6 times to the dealership for repairs my daughter just gave up & told them to keep the car! Bj advised her over the phone that nothing will hit her credit as a repo due to the fact the car had some many problems within a 9 month time frame! Then boom my daughter gets a letter in the mail stating the car will b sold in auction & she’s responsible for the balance left over! Pls run from this place! It’s not somewhere you would want to waste your hard earned money with!

Said they would fix problem of vechile and did not. The warranty and coverage isn’t real as well was to a different vechile. I paid extra 100$ For them to keep my vehicle and fix the problem and change my date of when I got the car to the date of when I pick it up they did not change the date and when I got there told me to take it to the shop. They told me warranty is 100$ on my part but they did not mention the extra cost which is same price or a little higher than it would be taking it to another mechanic and getting it done. Very unprofessional did not give me receipt to where all my money is going and any receipts to they extra stuff I’m paying, Says “it is in the vechile payment”. Very upset with how this turned out got pulled over 2 days before taking it to the dmv and the officer says he couldn’t even see I was the owner of the vechile so had a few more people look at all the paperwork I was given. Really upsetting for this to go on my credit as I was taken advantage of. My mom is currently talking to see what she can do with courts.
