Nodaway Valley Bank reviews
7The tellers are pretty great, easy to set up an account and has the local feel to it. You know you're getting good service and working with honest people. I highly recommend opening an account if you're local to the area.
I have been banking with nodaway Valley Bank for 30 years and I just love the service and the people there.
HUGE FAN! Employees are so kind and you definitely are treated like family here. A great feature the bank provides is the NVB app which makes everything a breeze and is very easy to navigate. I highly recommend this bank!
Love love love! I just can’t get over how friendly and personable every single employee is when I walk in. The new lobby renovation really looks fabulous it’s nice not to walk into a bank that’s not stuck in time. The new atm is the bomb and so convenient! I highly recommend this hometown bank! They have been around for 150 years for a reason!
400 block of belt highway in st jo. There’s at least 4 lines for drive through and soooo slow! 2 ppl are working them and it looks like they are doing the inside ppl as well. NOT my idea of convenience to sit here for 15 min- no it’s not rush hour! Just to let you know it was this slow even before this covid nonsense
After trying to get a construction loan. The loan guy was very rude and was questioning info that wasn’t part of the loan process. When asked about debt to income ratio, I asked if one or two car loans needed to be paid off or be sold, he said he couldn’t say. I asked him to do the numbers without one or both but he proceeded to be rude about it. (It’s your job) it’s your job to make the bank money.then he asked if the city approved our plans. I politely stated “sir I couldn’t talk to you if the city didn’t approve this” he then stated that he doesn’t want to do business with me and that we were done. I will not and would not recommend anyone dealing with this guy.
I ended up taking my info outside the city limits and got the approval with no issues.
