So we ordered two drinks with our order.we have Covid-19 and had someone pick up the order for us. The person asked if it came with drinks to which the employee said no. They brought it back to find out that we were supposed to. We call them asking for a refund since we can’t leave and it’s 30 minutes away or some type of compensation to which the employee responds that they can’t and they go on to ask why we didn’t say something when we were there. We explained the situation to them and all they said was to come and we can get just our drinks. We ask for a manager and she hung up. Very disappointed with the service and very parched.

I stopped in for the first time to try the Parmesan chicken. When I ordered on the app there was no button to add sauce on the side. So I typed that I wanted marinara in the special instruction box. After making my order I heard the cook (Alonzo) complain about people asking for free marinara. When I got to the car I realized he didn’t put marinara in my bag at all. Instead of using good customer service and telling me that I had to pay for the sauce (which I would have happily) he just did not put it in the bag. I would have been very unhappy if I got home and didn’t have my full order. This shows just a general lack of care on the part of the cook and he should be educated on the importance of fulfilling orders to completion.

Placed to go order, got order and left, got home it’s a smaller size and missing grilled chicken. Drive 20 minutes back to the store to have the woman at the front and the cook argue with me that it’s “just the bowl size, and the chicken is mixed in” proceeded to pull out the food and go through it just to prove it didn’t have chicken. After all this I was offered 5 slices of microwaved grilled chicken and no fresh noodles which were now cold. Honestly just hire smarter people because the ignorance on display from the woman with an attitude at the front and the skinny white chef in the back encourages me to not return. As someone who typically goes 3 times week, it’s sad I have to find a new place.

My daughter placed an online pick up order for her and her boyfriend. They are are sick with Covid and can not go out. I picked up the food and asked the girl behind the counter if there were drinks on the ticket. She picked up the receipt and said no drinks. I drop off the food to my daughter and she asks where her drinks are. I called the store and was rudely asked why I didn’t ask for the cups when I was there. I said that I asked for them and was told there were no drinks needed. I said that I would come back tomorrow but I am driving another 20 min back to the store, is there any compensation for the inconvenience. She put me on mute without saying hold on, came back to the phone and told me her manager said that they will give me the drinks but nothing else can be done. I asked for her name and the managers name and instead of giving them to me, I was hung up on. Very rude employees and disrespectful managers that don’t address the situation directly. Very sad circumstances that should have been handled differently. Will take my business elsewhere.

The service is fast and the food is always very fresh and and tasty. You can do a lot of customization which is great. I’ve never been disappointed with this location

Order to go and was looking at the names on the bags because no one was helping and this woman asked for the name of the order and then yelled at me that were not allowed to touch the bags and there’s a sign. The sign says “all orders must be checked out”, not don’t check to see if yours is ready when you’re being ignored. She said my order wasn’t ready and I waited for 10 minutes while she again just ignored the counter all while wearing her mask around her chin. Finally a very nice woman behind the counter asked how she could help, I gave her our name and she handed me a our order, that was there when I first walked in.

The online order option did not work so I had to go up there. It took forever for me to get my food and the entire time the cooks and the cashier were yelling at each other. Then when I finally get my food I just dip out of there and when I get home they didn't give me my side

Way! Over priced!

Server wouldn't get me some salt and instead showed me where to get it, I was too tired to go fetch it.

The portion didn't fill me up and I was charged 2.50 for a kid drink!

My kiddo received a free kids meal coupon at school so we made the drive to use it and I'm glad we did! The food was very good! I got the pesto zoodles with chicken, which is a zucchini alternative to noodles and they were delicious. I wish there was a location in St. Charles, MO! I like that there is an app available with rapid pick-up as well!

Excellent customer service and noodle choices. Wasn't the best I've ever had but i would pick this place over other choices just for the staff and portion sizes.

I love having a gluten free option for lunch out. This location is normally a favorite of mine, but this last time there was only one clean table. The girls weren't bothered and enjoyed their lunch before heading to our activity.

I love the healthier options that they are adding to the menu. The Zucchini and cauliflower noodles taste like actual noodles and the flavors are so good. As well as the service is fast and i’ve also enjoyed getting it to go or eating in store.

The service was good— it was the food that needs work. It seems as though I’m not the first person to have written that either. I really, really want to like this place. I think they have a cool concept going, it’s fast, easy, and close to home. This being said, every time I’ve been there (this is my third), I’ve never really been impressed with the food. It costs around $10 per “regular” dish. This time I got the four cheese pesto, and it was so salty that I couldn’t even finish it. The salt drowned out all the flavor in the pesto, and to be honest, it just wasn’t good, or worth the $10. I would except this quality of food out of a Fazios or maybe another fast food joint, but this was unacceptable,

Fantastic food, shrimp was not over cooked or rubbery at all. Noodles perfectly cooked as well. I highly recommend. If you're taking your food to go, I would suggest double checking that you received utensils before leaving though, as mine have been forgotten most times I carry out, but that has nothing to do with the food and the staff is always cheerful and apologetic when I return for utensils. A lovely place for a meal.

The Service is always fast and friendly at this location. The food is fairly cheap. The Buffalo Chicken Mac 'n' Cheese is my favorite. This place has never been too crowded any of times that I have visited. They also have a Coca-Cola Freestyle, which is the only way to go if you have to serve Coke products.
