Don’t live here, packages stolen every day, management doesn’t care they don’t even have functioning security cameras, unsafe place to live

I was desperately trying to find a new place to live and Rei was awesome- he actually took the time to listen to what I was looking for and was patient throughout the whole process!

This was my first go around getting my own apartment all on my own and this couldn’t have been a better process! Everybody is so helpful and always quick to respond to any concerns. I can’t wait to use the pool in the summertime!

I worked with Rei & Angela while touring and signing at Norman School Lofts and they were both absolutely wonderful! They were very knowledgeable, professional and kind. I am excited to move in!

Rei the apartment manager is top notch. I had to move in within a week and he did everything he could to meet with me and show me around. I’ve lived in many apartments, but the customer service was outstanding. The apartment itself is clean, so many windows and a place I’ll be living for awhile. Thank you to this team as they are excellent.

This building is super nice. The move in process has been enjoyable. Rei has been very helpful in showing me multiple units and explaining all there is to know about the Norman. And the location is fantastic!

I am thrilled with having Rei M.as my property manager.
From the very beginning Rei has been very helpful on helping me movie in to my first apartment and helping me transition from California to Missouri.
He’s always contactable and is always  prompt in answering questions and organising anything that needs to be done in my apartment by fixing dishwasher to my garbage disposal.
I truly feel that he goes above and beyond to deliver wonderful, personalized property management of the highest standard.

I lived here for a year beginning 10/1/20. With the exception of touring the space, it was a nightmare from beginning to end. My apartment hadn't been cleaned when I began moving in and the cleaning person showed up after the movers were there, limiting where she could clean due to the furniture and boxes throughout the apartment. After 6-7 hours and only finishing the bathroom and kitchen, I finally had to ask her to leave around 6 p.m. The parking lot gate was continuously broken leaving the it open for random people to park. After one of several gate replacements/repairs, all residents had to trade in their key fob for a newly programmed key fob. My new fob worked on the parking gate but didn't work on the front door. I reported it to management several times but there was never anyone onsite who was able to fix it or provide me with a working fob. I was still only able to use the front door keypad to get into the building by the time I moved out. The trash dumpsters were undersized the first 3-4 months I lived there and trash was regularly overflowing from enclosed area around the dumpsters and into the parking lot. The swimming pool was closed by the KCMO health department for weeks and no explanation was provided to residents. The guy that moved in across the hall a month after I did was beyond disruptive to the people living in close proximity. He was eventually evicted but only after having the police called on him three times for fighting both inside his apartment and in the hallway, keeping his puppy locked in his apartment for hours on end in which she would bark non-stop the entire time he was gone, and not paying his utility bills or rent. The person who lived in the apartment below him had to move out due to the ongoing commotion coming from his apartment. The building is beautiful and I completely appreciate all of the original features, but the acoustics in the hallways are AWFUL. From inside your apartment you can clearly hear conversations spoken at normal volume and it often sounds like a dog kennel as one dog barking in the hallway sets off any dog within earshot to start barking as well. I really wanted to love living here but the unruly residents, damaged/broken amenities, and noisy hallways felt like constant chaos.
