Joe is the best property manager I have ever worked with. He helped us find the perfect apartment and it was super clean and fresh. It was also done in a very timely manner. Highly recommend!

Clean, peaceful, place to live at a good price range. Manager and maintenance 'Joe' is very efficient at keeping all buildings and grounds looking nice. Quick at solving maintenance issues and great with tenant communication. Nice place to live and it has a clean pool. WINNING!

I am going on year 2 living at Northbrooke with my family and it has been the best experience by far at an apartment! Joe is hands down the best property manager! He talks to you like a friend and genuinely cares about his tenants! He’s always up for a friendly chat and completes things as timely as he possibly can! Very family oriented community

I have lived at northbrooke for over 10 years, and Joe, the apartment manager, is the best. He gets to know the tenants and really strives to make the place a better place to live.

I have lived here in these apartments for the past year and I am going to be moving out due to my growing career. But I would like to say that Mr. Stacey (the complex manager) will make sure the atmosphere at Northbrooke feels like a community. The property does not disappoint in definitely gives off a homey vibe! As well as he makes sure everyone is on the same page to help keep the grounds clean, safe and taken care of.
The internet here is more than perfect for many devices and high demand usage when working from home. The appliances and fixtures are well-kept up and have/Are issue free. If there’s ever a problem with a loud fan or sink issue, Joseph will make sure to keep up on it. He also has been / is always on top of putting ice melt out for those icy/snow days and if there is anything you need he’s there to help.

I’ve lived here for a year and this such a wonderful place! Joe is always on top of everything, keeps everything maintained well and loves every pet like his own! I’ll never stop recommending this complex, such a quiet and peaceful place!
