I love it there, they communicate very well, professional, clean and the best in Florissant to me.

I waited long enough to review this daycare. I worked here in 2021 things went great for the first few months. The director is unprofessional. Working with someone who doesn’t care much about there staff as a whole is terrible. Pay is terrible her main concern is money. Lied about pay on indeed. I’m glad I left when I did I suffer with back problems not once was that taken into consideration. Director has employees literally making crumbs.

It’s not the teachers it’s the director, she is not a personable individual and if your child exhibits any type of bad behavior she won’t let her staff work with your child she will call you while your at work and demand that you pick up your child. So if your child isn’t an angel this daycare is not for you. She is an older lady and she seems bitter and at times very upset due to her business being so short staffed. If you drop your kid off at 8: 45am you have to pick them up at 3: 30pm, because she is short staffed so the state regulations don’t apply as for the mom & Dads who pays with state funding. I never experienced any hygiene issues but I did experience unfair treatment from only her the staff is very polite and welcoming but if you can avoid her and her negativity maybe the daycare will be a good fit for you.

I had took my daughter here for a couple months, it seem as if the daycare had it together but was I wrong, they let go of the teacher who I really only trust my daughter around, after that she was coming home with dirty clothes, snotty nose and had developed a rash as if they haven’t been watching her, i spoke to the director about it and then she started to question me and not her teachers as if I let my daughter live dirty or if I don’t care for her and I politely had to go off on her and n let her know if any of her staff members did something to my child I was going come up there and deal with it myself

It is with deep regret to address the last two post, but it is necessary. In my 15 years of operation, I have never met Rebecca Ross or Pattricia Pettycoat, and their children were never in attendance at my center. In my opinion, the post was created by a disgruntled parent or teacher who values, and integrity did not align with what I promote as a business and were no longer welcome at the center. The attempt to disguise is disturbing to say the least.if I can offer a suggestion to the two individuals who wrote this untrue post, when you have plenty of time on your hands to engage in defamation of character and fabrication against a business, take a step back to read 1 Corinthians 15: 33. Perhaps this can assist you in character development.

To all my viewers, North County Children's Academy promotes quality child care in a positive learning environment that prepares every child for success as a life-long learner. Every child's well-being is our goal. We have continuously achieved that goal with our high success rate of children accelerating in gifted or other advanced programs when they leave my center.
