Jesse was the best in helping with our new Basepartment design and products. Always willing to assist in our selections from the fabulous shower and Hanson glass on the door. Flooring selection was exactly what we expected a highend look at an afforable price point. Installation was ontime and completed just as scheduled. Carpet for our steps was as smooth as anything you could ask for. I've never written a review however Northcraft was easy to work with and my wife and I can not be happier to now move in.

While working with Christy, she answered all of our questions and always communicated when the team would be at our home for installation. Even after installation she ensured we were 100% happy with the end result and how the flooring was preforming.

Jessica set everything up and let me tell you she didn’t disappoint. Shower remodel was done by Eric and he was amazing. The flooring was done by Marcos and his crew. The carpet on the stairs is amazing as well. Thank you Jessica and staff for the amazing work. Floors took 2 days from start to finish. 2 shower remodels tile floor and showers took 1 week. Amazing work by everyone! Shower doors done by Hutton glass also referred by Jessica.

Christie came out to give me an estimate for hardwood floors. I never received an estimate. (at this point it’s been a full month). I tried calling and emailing with no response.
