I've been volunteering here for 1 1/2 years. The staff is so caring and the animals are the number one concern. Great place to volunteer.

I had a wonderful experience here! I had a complicated situation and they could not have been more helpful! In fact this was the only organization in the KC area willing to assist me and I could not be more grateful and happy with the services provided. The prices were fair and the staff was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend utilizing or donating to this organization!

I love this place! I take all my pets here and they take excellent care of them! The front office lady is so sweet and gave me a bunch of flea meds to help with fleas on my pets! I will continue to always bring my fur babies here!

Clearly don’t understand how things work when it’s comes to running a business. Tried calling to make an appointment almost a month ago and hadn’t heard anything from anyone. So went into the clinic to try and schedule an appointment just to be turned away and told to schedule it online. Fast forward to this morning when I came to find a text message stating I had an appointment tomorrow on a day that I told them I couldn’t do. What makes it better is that they told me I only had 24 hours to cancel my appointment or I would be fined which is fine but they had sent the message well after their “24 hour” policy. I immediately gave them call just for no one to answer again. I left a voicemail stating my issues and went on with my day. Until now at 1pm when I finally received a call back just for them to immediately start requesting my card info and to pay said $25. All in all this place sucks and needs to work on their listening and communication skills, so, enjoy my $25 dollars you rotten thieves

I have never been one to place reviews but this place! It is amazing! I have hard to handle animals and it is always challenging to find someone willing to work with them. I just want to say I appreciate y’all so much! If you have cats or bunnies this is the place to go.

They got us checked in quickly. My dog was neutered and ready to go home by 11;30. They were professional and friendly.

Took the 1st of 3 cats my daughter and I have. To get fixed. They did an awesome job. Also spot on how long the medicine and recovery is going great

I ssssooo appreciate thei low cost willing to help people as their over busy booked schedule allows, meet each person, and the pets's, strays' needs to best possible, and even follow text messages with prompts to get immediate care as needed. Any more these days way better than many veterinary clinic facilities.

Very professional employees. Very caring and loving towards the animals. The prices are are lower so the public can get good treatment for their pets. Terry the groomer is amazing!

Went with girlfriend to help her with her pet. Prices were unreally reasonable. Their method of picking up your pet and bringing it back to the car is outstanding never seen anything work so smoothly five star All The Way️

I didn’t use for spay or neutering but for many years have gone here to get the memorial personalized paw print stepping stones. My first couple where very heavy but well made and over the years they have switched to some sort of resin or acrylic ones. They seem to be just as good. I now have 8 for every dog I have had the pleasure to own in my adult life. I am so thankful for these and glad it helps NAWS.

So my family on a fixed income, I can't work we are on WIC and food stamps. Have a baby and toddler. Very good friend suggested I contact these people to get help getting my dog fixed. So I reached out and explained my situation. Now originally they wanted to charge me 175.00 for the spay. Then it got dropped to 120.00 which even on my family income huge hit. Didn't seem like they cared however, well my neighbor was kind enough to get me the funds. So I just got a call it's back to 175.00 cause they try to say my dog in heat. Even tho she not, instead of trying to work with a family in need the lady I spoke with got rude and an attitude. I explained once again we are on a fixed income and money not easy to come by. She argued with me instead, then got rude and said we'll just take it from the donations and hung up. For a place that's supposed to help families this place doesn't want to try and instead up charge you after the fact. Never will I bring another animal to this place that supposed to help families in need. Disgusted be lucky i can't give negative stars.
