What a great group to work with! Brought my vehicle in for an oil change and Doug and his team did a Quick Look over the car to make sure everything else was good. There were a few other things they recommended I get done and those recommendations came with explanations and a no-pressure option. It was nice to know they were not looking to make a buck, but simply trying to keep me and my family safe in our vehicle. They’re a super sweet, family owned small business and I will keep going back and recommending them to anyone who will listen!

This makes the 2nd vehicle I've had worked on by Northland Auto and another great job! My vehicle runs even better than I expected. It is hard to find a One Stop Shop auto repair business that is 100% honest about their work. They fix the issues and standy by their craftsmanship. I wish I would have found this place sooner. I needed to have one of my tires looked at because of a low pressure warning. I Googled places to go in my area, ended up calling Northland Auto Pro and they were able to fit me in last minute a few days before Christmas. Doug and his whole shop are great! Very friendly, fast, and they look out for your wallet! Plus they use a system where they can text you the breakdown of the work and the charges, so you know exactly what’s going on, how much it will cost, and you can ask questions before you approve the work! Jessica has gone the extra mile for me too, and that’s why I keep going back! I highly recommend them!

I had used them once great service. But, called to get a price on transmission flush, was quoted over the phone $60.00. When I went to get it done picked it up it was $280.00.
I understand the girl was in training and miss quoted me. Luckily I had the money. That being said, becarefull and get your quote in writing.

I recently had the unfortunate event of the motor in my 2011 Ford F-150 need replacing. Due to personal financial circumstances I decided to let it sit and I purchased a 2009 Dodge ram 1500 with the 5.7 hemi in it. After driving it for 2 weeks I started to have a tapping sound in the engine which I thought was a lifter. I took it to Northland Auto pro completely stressed because of the circumstances obviously and hopeful that it wasn't anything major. Unfortunately that wasn't the case, after diagnostics which they were very thorough with by the way, it was determined that my new truck as well now needed a new motor. I hired Northland to do the engine replacement in which they did at a very very fair price and went absolutely above and beyond for me. They got it done and a timely fashion as quick as they could for me knowing that it was my means of income being a general contractor. They kept me informed every day with their precise progress and so I never once had to worry or wonder what was going on with my truck or when I would get it back. The staff is unbelievably friendly and the quality of the work I can already tell is top of the line.they do everything from small jobs to something as serious as this so I'm telling you if you're looking for a good place to where you can be worry and stress-free that you're in good hands with a very knowledge and professional garage go check these guys out! I simply asked that if I needed a certain part what would the price be for labor and installation. I know they need to diagnose it first but I wanted to know what I would be looking at price wise. I called a few other shops and they were able to quote the price but they refused to. This is poor service.
