Northland Eye Specialists, Kansas City MO

My husband was referred here for a metal shard in his eye. When the front desk didn't have an appointment for him, they still worked him right in & removed the metal. He has a few follow up appointments that were always good experiences. My son & I went today for a routine eye exam. The entire staff & experience was very positive! Will keep coming here for anything related to our eyes! THANK YOU ALL!

I had a wonderful experience with the optical team! They were very helpful and did not pressure me into buying over the top frames or lenses. Alyssa was very friendly and I will be returning each year since the customer service was the best I have had with eye care!

We had a great experience here! The staff was friendly and helpful. They really took there time to make sure I was happy and when I picked up my frames they made sure they fit my face exactly how I wanted them. I'm kind of picky and they made sure I was happy! I will be changing to Northland for as my ONLY optical care! Thank you Northland for everything!

Dr. Keele is courteous, personable and professional. Staff in the optical department, not so much. Rude and condescending, offered no help or opportunity to make it right after creating stress fractures in my husbands glasses which we bought from there. Well take our business somewhere else from now on.
