Stay away! Horrible place, arrived hour before delivery, they will make you wait for your appointment, front lady is definitely a special one. Took 6hrs to load, 4.5 from the time the forklift first went on…and no detention! Stay away!

Avoid this place lady at the shipping office is rude. Only go by appointment even they wasn’t busy at all. They will no let you park even there is a lot empty parking just to wait for 1hour before your appointment

Miss chambers that checks u in won’t check u in early not until your appointment time if so she makes you leave even thou they are not busy an she is very rude she doesn’t go out of her way to help the driver out but if Brie is there she will do everything in her power to get you in an out need more people like her she is very nice and polite

0700 appt time, arrived at 0500. Got me in a door right away and unloaded in one and a half hours.

The lady at the front desk was extremely rude and unprofessional. Do not recommend working for Pepsi or doing business with Pepsi. These other reviews confirm her incompetency as well.

I have an appointment here for 3pm, checked in facility 11am, well it's 9: 33pm and I'm only now getting loaded!

Push button gate will open go in half way there are staging doors for our park go in see the gorgeous nice lady she check you in if Pepsi or other she will direct you in right direction
She will break seal in staging area and give you a door if one is open if not wait but your seal is taken care off by the nice lady at driver check
I deliver to Pepsi so I went on down back in door person came out and check my seal because I didn't belong to main delivery
Took about 30 minutes I was late because I went to main entrance
Ps 1 way in and 1 way out

Checked in at 949 am. Currently 204 pm.and still no movement at all to get unloaded. Shameful when you live 6 miles from here and have to reschedule plans because of laziness

So far staff was nice and will quickly answer your question how long will it be before I will be loaded? Answer: " I have nooo idea". Really would like to know why it takes.going 6 + hrs at the moment to get loaded. No over night parking and there is bathrooms.

Not very personable but efficient and effective in getting unloaded. I appreciate their understanding and diligence

Showed up on time, rude employees at check in. They make you back in door 227 to check your seal and load, and then you have to go to another door to get unloaded. Apparently they unload who they want, got here before everyone and everyone is empty except me.

I worked at this Pepsi back in a day and this is the reason why I left.

Wow, havent been treated like this in a while. Lady that checks in thinks she matters round here.very unpleasant and unprofessional.
