Northwoods Apartments, Kansas City MO

Just moved into the residence and the service has been spectacular. We had to move in on very short notice and the office staff did a really good job of making sure we felt like a priority. Upon moving in at such a short times notice there were some things that hadn’t been taken care of yet as far as maintenance. All it took was one call and only hours later the issues were fixed by the maintenance man Perry! He works fast and efficiently and has a great attitude! Thank you perry and thank you North Wood Park for making us feel so at home. 5 stars!

Went to go look at 4 bed because they had posted on Multiple websites that there was one available, and they completely waisted my time and gas. Telling me they didn’t have one available and there was a wait list for it. Their “leasing office” was trashy and the lady running the office was late to open the doors. Extremely unprofessional and not worth your time at all!

Watch me get evicted for posting a 100% truthful review. Maintenance is short staffed! It takes months to get something fixed and that's only after you put in the same maintenance request over and over again. YOU are responsible for your own furnace cleaning/maintenance. The assistant manager has 3 different apartments on site, which in at least 1 has more than 10 people living in it NOT on the lease. Manager is amazing. OWNERS COHEN ESREY ARE A JOKE!
