I’d give them zero stars. They switched out the wheels and did not remove the tire pressure sensors from the old wheels to put them on the replacement wheels. Common sense or something they should have at least considered to ask the customer about during the process. Manager was extremely rude when confronted about this, completely unwilling to go into detail about what was completed during the service, and claiming he didn’t even know if they did change out the wheels at all. Outrageous. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Do not buy Michelin defenders I bought them and have to air them up once a week, took them back 3 times still will not hold air.

This place is a joke and the people that work there. We bought tires there and shortly after we purchased the tires they began to lose air. I took the car in to have the tires looked at they told me I had to drop the car off for the day. They couldn’t even take the time to look at the tires. I’ll never buy tires or anything from that place again.

Zach and the rest of the staff are friendly and accommodating. The work is professional and done at a fair price. I do recommend this location for any auto repair need.

Been coming here awhile and trust these guys. The mechanics look happy and are friendly, and that says a lot to me. The store manager seems to set a positive tone for this store, he's been the manager there for years.

Didn’t appreciate the guy’s attitude. I came in for oil change that said $25 online with tire rotation. He was trying to charge me $20 for the rotation when it’s included. He tried upselling me on things I didn’t need. I just got the car a couple months ago too. He went on to tell me what “you shouldn’t do this and that to your car. ” I just didn’t appreciate his attitude at all. I won’t be back. Once is enough for me to not go back. I believe his name was Zach Ebert. Avoid this guy.

I needed a new battery. I called ahead to confirm they had the battery. They got me in immediately. All the bays were full so they literally put me in the middle of the aisle. The install was very quick. As I was halfway home I felt something at my feet. I reached down and found my hood release latch. It was broken off. Nobody said anything to me

Great place to get a deal on tires. They have always generally been courteous, upfront and to the point with me. Just the way I like it. I would definitely recommend them.
