I highly recommend Nu-Way. Jeff and Kevin at Nu-Way are very professional, knowledgeable, trustworthy, and courteous. They have been servicing my HVAC system for the last 5 to 10 years. Jeff has never once tried to sell me on a new system. He has always provided me with several options and the pros and cons of each option. It was time to finally replace my Furnace and AC. Kevin came out and gave me three quotes (Good, Better, Best) and provided the details for each option. The prices for each option were very reasonable. They installed the new HVAC system, and I was very happy with the install.

Unfortunately, a couple days later I noticed the furnace would make a banging noise whenever it cycled off. It sounded like something was hitting a tin can or a skillet. I sent Jeff a video of the banging sound. He told me right away that it was not normal. He said they have installed a lot of these furnace models, and this was the first time anyone reported something like this. He came out to take a look. He took his own video and again told me that this was not normal.

Jeff had to communicate with his sales reps at Comfortmaker, and they had to send the info to the higher ups in Chicago to see what our options were. Jeff said the issue was with the heat exchanger with the expanding and contracting. Jeff said we would either need to replace the heat exchanger or the whole unit. I voiced my concerns with having issues with a brand-new furnace and asked if he could push to replace the whole unit rather than just the heat exchanger. After some back and forth with Comfortmaker they agreed to replace the whole unit.

During this whole ordeal, Jeff called me several times to keep me informed and I really appreciated that. I also appreciated that Comfortmaker replaced my unit without giving me any trouble about it. The new furnace is super quiet and I no longer hear the banging noise!

We have used Nu-Way for many years and have seen the company go to the 3rd generation without any lack of service. They are polite, generous and quick to respond when we are having issues with the furnace or a/c. They have done repairs and complete replacements for us in a timely manner in our business and personal homes. You will not be disappointed if you give them a try.

We can't recommend this company enough! I couldn't believe how easy this process was! They were able to explain in detail why our house wasn't cooling properly, suggested a couple of options for our HVAC system, gave a range of very reasonable options for replacement of our unit, and had it installed in a flash. They are low pressure and take pride in their work. They want you to have the best, but most practical repair or replacement. They are on time and won't leave a mess. I trust them completely and I learned a lot about my house. What a relief to know we never have to shop for an HVAC company again!

Jeff and Kevin came out the same afternoon that my wife called. I was out of town and all she knew was that the house was getting hot and she wanted it fixed by the time I arrived home. They assessed the situation, found a heat pump of the same size and installed the very next morning. They also went above and beyond by placing a window unit in our bedroom so we would be comfortable until our new unit was installed. No mess, no fuss! Jeff and Kevin explained everything in terms that we could understand. I feel that the purchase price and labor were very reasonable and Jeff and Kevin were exemplary professional in their work. No need to look further or call anyone else.

We are extremely pleased with our new AC and furnace that was installed by Jeff and Kevin of Nu-Way. They arrived at the time promised and completed the work in a timely manner. They fully explained the new system and the differences from our older system. Not only is it an efficient unit, it runs so much quieter than the older AC. The price was very fair and the installation was very professional. Again, we are extremely pleased with the service from Nu-Way.

We've had Jeff and Kevin out to work on our water heater and AC for the past few years and they always showed up right away and took great care of us. The price was always lower than what we expected and the service was exceptional. When it was time to finally replace our 30+ year old furnace and AC inside and outside, it was an easy decision to go with Nu-Way. I threw my back out the day our AC went out in the middle of summer. Before my back even started to heal we had a whole new system inside and out, plus a new furnace for the upcoming winter. I would recommend Nu-Way to anyone needing service or installation. The entire process was painless and I can't think of anything they could have done better. It's been 3 weeks since my new system was installed and my house has never been cooler in the 10 summers I've lived here. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would.
