Numotion

I received a custom manual wheelchair through NuMotion. They took care of all the insurance paperwork. Kudos to Lee, the assistive technology professional, who measured me for the chair and made all of the recommendations. He is very kind and professional. I love the chair, it fits me perfectly and is so light and easy to propel.

Austin was awesome and very professional in repairing my daughter's wheelchair. He even fixed the brakes on her manual chair and the arm rest of her wheelchair that is upstairs.

Numotion is great but, it takes more time than I would expect. Dealing with Medicare and insurance is probably the biggest hold up though.

The technician adjusted my new chair to perfectly fit me, explaining exactly what he was doing while doing it. He answered any questions with knowledgeable information and was kind and helpful.
Setup was quick and he left a clean environment. I would use Numotion again and recommend them to friends, family, and strangers.

They whole experience took way longer than expected.there was a lot of miscommunication between numotion and client. They really did not like to return calls or email very well. Some of the operators were very polite and I loved talking to them and it was just hard between Dr and numotion to get paperwork done and all of it.and then when it was delivered let's just sad the guy was in such a hurry to leave and he did not really answer all the questions and told me to read the book.kinda hard when u have a brain injury showed me a little on the chair and oh yeah for it being pricy the headlights and taillights don't even light up the tire in the dark it worthless.it needs some adjustments done I have to do them myself cause sure know they not gonna wanna come take care of it should been done when they was here.so be careful

NuMotion has stepped up their service quality in a big way. I love the convenience of telephone tech support, when the tech sends me a link via text that allows me to use my phone and share video, and get immediate assistance to fix the problem. I ordered a replacement part and the technician arrived on time, he installed the new part quickly and efficiently, and he took time to make a couple of adjustments that we requested. Mario was friendly and professional.

So far the experience has been really good. They had someone come to my house to interview me about what I need in a wheelchair. They also took measurements. I've not received my chair yet so I will update this when I get it.

Garret is amazing. So patient and thorough. With a complex patient, it takes time and minute changes to help position the patient to be able to use the chair independently. Highly recommend him and Numotion!
