Loved how you constantly kept me informed to clearing the part thru the insurance to putting the part on. Our technician Dylan was great 5 stars plus. Very professional he explained everything he was doing. So polite made sure I was able to run my chair safely and asked if there was anything else he could do for me. Very clean no mess. Thank you Dylan for everything you do for me. And thank you Numotion for everything you do for me as well. I am very grateful.

Dan was very very helpful with my son's wheelchair evaluation for his new chair. The first time he got his 1st wheelchair I wasn't asked really anything but color and not knowing any options available to me in regards to what was available as far as his wheelchair, this time on his new chair, Dan really helped me and my son have the best wheelchair this time around for my son. Excellent customer service. Everything was checked to make sure it fit correctly and all the features explained.

Long delays with the entire process, not all Numotions fault, but they completely ordered the wrong part when my chair was purchased from them originally.

The staff was friendly & very helpful. It was an emergency but they managed to move it to a priority. Came the next day & fixed it. What an enormous relief!
Most recently l needed a motorized chair. The staff did everything to get one. Contacted my Drs & specialists of Did an inhome evaluation, measured for adjustments & when they delivered this red beauty l just loved it. It fit my frame perfectly. I can't say enough great things about all the staff.

Pulled up at Nu Motion in Scott City for repairs on my chair. Within seconds a technician was at my window with paperwork in hand. Told me to sit tight. We and got the parts and tools to fix it. Not only did he fix the back. But also fixed a couple of minor issues. Was on my way home in about 15 minutes. Never got out of my car. That's customer service at its best.

Been waiting for a year for a molded seat for my daughter. I’ve talked with Matt, Kelsey, and so called regional manager Brian. Very poor service won’t recommend anyone to them.
WILL NEVER DEAL WITH THEM AGAIN ONCE THIS MESS IS OVER.
