I went in yesterday for my first-ever lip filler and also had some questions about whether under eye filler would help me or not. I truly appreciate Nurse Judy's honesty as I had been to another place for a consult and left disappointed because they literally were just trying to sell me stuff that would keep me coming back but wasn't going to actually address my concerns. Nurse Judy and her staff are all very kind and caring and truly know their stuff and the energy there is just very uplifting and positive! I felt entirely comfortable and completely trust that I am in the best hands. I have finally found the place to address ALL of my beauty concerns and am pleased the hunt for the perfect provider is over. Whatever you are considering having done, this is the place to do it! Nurse Judy has been ok at best, but the ladies at the front desk really aren’t quite aware of how to function. There are three working here (after speaking to Judy herself) and frankly, it does evidently take a rocket scientist to operate a business. I’m dumbfounded by the lack of competence in this place. If you need to give a credit card over the phone, find another place to go. If you need general respect as a customer, AT THE FRONT DESK again, find somewhere else to go. We will gladly take our business elsewhere. Word of mouth is a beauty to behold that this business has yet to learn.

Judy, it’s evident you take pride in being unaware of your surroundings in your own business. When I spoke to you, you asked who I had spoken to at the time Elle came in… I’d pray that you know which employee you have in your office at the particular time in which you provided service. It is not a rule to have a card present, in fact it is legal to take a card over the phone. Ask any other business. You chose to tell that employee that it’s not allowed. As far as the verbal abuse, the word chosen was “airhead” - incompetence is the correct word. You don’t value the business that is scheduled. You’re are extremely naive to the issues going down at your own front desk.

Best place. She awesome and knows her stuff. I went specialist at hospital prior and had limited results. Her work has lasted year and still looks great. Helped me with other areas of concern and fillers. Very comfortable there, listens, explains procedures, and does not over charge. Let's you self -determine what you want and no pressure. Trust point 10 exceptional. Comfort level 10 and staff 10 all great. Great experience will never change provider.

Judy is very knowledgeable, warm and made my entire experience so easy! I had a slight issue with my treatment for which she was able to get me back in quickly and had a simple fix. I will absolutely be doing business with her again!

Got my Botox done here between my brows. Nurse Judy did a great job at explaining everything and answering my questions. She was very professional and friendly.
