I dont want to give it 1 star.this place is horrible.the basements floods all the time the foundation on these properties are useless water leaking in the windows the air conditioning DONT WORK UPSTAIRS IN NEITHER BEDROOMS. THEY DONT HAVE ANY LICENSE MAINTENANCE TO FIX THE UNITS THE ROOFS NEEDS TO BE REPAIRED NO ONE FIXES ANYTHING YOU JUST STUCK WITH THE PROBLEM

Horrible place to live worst I ever lived in my whole life, they ghetto, alot crime over there, kids run around unsupervised all the time over there. Basement was flooded wit water constantly, crack foundation they never fixed. Alot the places have beg bugs I know of several people have them to stay there now. I stayed there almost 2 years and they got brought my home too after first few months it was horrible, plug problems in living room they never fixed either, my hot water heater went out several times as well which eventually got fix. Maintenance DNT fix nothing, they just Hollar u and date u. First year neighbors are cool second year had horrible neighbors, would stalk me watch me come in out place, kids would beat on back door. They let their dogs loose on me my sons constantly, I had call police constantly on them, front office never did anything when I complained and had to evidence smh. They DNT do they job but want to u pay rent smh horrible I would not suggest anyone move there

I hardly ever leave reviews but I feel like since I’m moving and can give an honest opinion and all these other reviews are so false that it’s giving this place a negative outlook now is the time! All I know is the past 2 years have been the best experience in an apartment complex I’ve ever had! The townhome was the perfect size for me and my daughter. And whenever I had a maintenance issue it was resolved within 48 hours, if not sooner depending on the problem. The office staff is AMAZING! If I could put Ms Tiera in my car and take her with me I would! She cares about this community and the people in it. My only issue are the potholes but the city owns that so Oakmont shouldn’t take a hit for that. If I ever move back this will DEFINITELY be my first stop! Thank you Oakmont crew! You all will be missed

*Update*
Ms Tiera is no longer with the complex. Not even a month after she left I got a notice that my rent was 3 months behind. If I don’t pay nothing else I definitely pay my rent! I called the office and was told their records showed I was behind. I got a printout of my bank statements and highlighted my monthly ON TIME payments. I ended up moving but never got an apology or explanation of the problem. The new management is not friendly at all! They lost the best office manager and maintenance worker they ever had. I still keep in contact with several residents and they are all miserable with the new people and say there’s constant gun fire. IF YOU HAVE KIDS PLEASE BE CAREFUL!

It’s cold in the winter time I have asked them to fix my heat 3 times they try to fix it but I don’t think they know how because it’s still not working. They should hire maintenance men that know how to fix things. I had to send my daughter to a family members house so she won’t have to be home freezing.also asked them to redo my bathtub and they did it wrong it started pealing as soon as I used it

It’s very ghetto over here! Management is very poor, My basement flooded every single time it rained had to replace so many items.had mold in the basment the whole time I was there. I Let the maintenance know and he only came and whipped off the stain on the wall and never been back since. Cracks In the ceiling and walls called and asked about that no one ever came out but they want their rent! Highly don’t recommend oakmont

If I could give a negative amount of stars I would. I lived there approximately 6 months and made at least 20 maintenance calls I am certain 3/4ths of those calls were regarding my air conditioning unit. Then there the wasps in the basement. There was the leaking basement when it rained. Actually, first it was the dried egg on my door that was nerve addressed as requested.not recommended.

Management is very attentive to resident needs/concerns. Been here almost 5 years, with -0- problems. The staff really try and address concerns in a timely, professional manner. I like the fact that this team shows their appreciation for us as tenants, while making everyone feel like a community-like family.

I have been at Oakmont townhouses for 3 years. And I have not had any problems with the lease office staff they are always willing to work with me. Any time I need anything fix maintenance comes and fix it right away.
