My car was in a sorry state when I dropped it off. I had just returned from a two week annual training with the Air Force, three hours from home. When I started my car the check engine light was on and my car would not shift out of first gear.

The fine folks at Oakville Automotive got me in on no notice at 9am, found my problem (something chewed through a bunch of wires), found another issue with my steering column that had been making me crazy, and fixed both issues by 230pm the same day. Just in time for me to drive home.

If you need good work done right, this is the place to go. Thank you for helping me out in my time of crisis.

Everyone I spoke with was really nice and polite. They let me know what was wrong with my car in a timely manner & even informed me that I can just have my car towed up there and they’ll do the rest. The price I was given was a bit out of my range so I went somewhere else to fix my car, but even then they continued to treat me with dignity and never made me feel uncomfortable about my situation.

Oakville Automotive is definitely a great place to take your car for repairs, oil changes, inspections. Etc. They get you in and get you out with the work done correctly.

Brought two cars in for service and both needed a lot done. One was a 2006 and the other 2013. We needed both to be ready for a recent trip to move my son down to college. He will be away for long periods of time and wanted to make sure his car was set. The 2006 had not been on a major trip in years. With all this said both cars performed rather well in the extreme heat and handled the best they have in years after all the work was completed. Kudos for getting both cars back in tip top shape. The 2006 did well handling the heat, the car being loaded down with extra weight, and got better gas mileage than has in awhile! Great job done in a timely manner.

I will now be going to Oakville Automotive for all my car needs! It is well worth getting on their books! Got my car in and out in a few hours, not only that but they gave me a loaner! For FREE! They’re an awesome local buisness that does good honest work:)
