Obstetrical Associates of St. Luke's, Chesterfield MO

I've been with this office for various different health issues (hormone imbalance, fertility issues, abdominal pregnancy) for 13ish years. I have never seen a Dr with such a great bedside manor. Every single person on staff is pleasant to deal with. Nurses are quick to get you answers and Dr's genuinely care and don't just dismiss you. If you're referred to another specialty, your Dr wants to be cc'd on everything to keep following up with your care.

My name is Jessica Reed and I first went here back in 2016-2017 with my first child. They were recommended to me by a friend and I absolutely love them. Dr. Wagner is an amazing Doctor and the staff here are so wonderful and nice. I am now expecting baby number two in July 2021 and I am seeing the same doctor again and all the staff are still very welcoming and friendly. I recommend them to anyone I know that is expecting. If this were not my last baby I would definitely go back. I do still go back here for my yearly visit and I’m always glad I do. I absolutely love going here and the rooms they have for labor are all in one which is awesome. I will always recommend Obstetrical Associates of St Luke’s to anyone I know that should go here.

The NP Jill provides excellent service every time I come to the office. Jill is friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend obstetrics associates of st. Luke’s to family and friends.

I recently started coming to this office a few years ago and I really love it. The staff is always super nice and helpful. During COVID, I really do not like to go places, but the safety precautions that they have taken makes me feel very comfortable. The NP, J. Flores, that I see here is one of the best! She is very knowledgeable and professional. I never have to wait long for my appointments and I’m always able to schedule appointments with ease. I would definitely recommend!

Cannot recommend this office enough! From the front desk staff to the amazing ultrasound tech to VICKY! The best medical assistant I’ve ever met. And of course the best OBs- Dr Wagner, Dr Thompson, and Dr Lapoint! I personally see Dr Wagner and thanks to him and his expertise, my pregnancy has so far lasted ten weeks longer than we thought it would. I can’t imagine having any other OB to care for me and my son. Dr Wagner is also the chief of OB at St Lukes so you know you are in great hands! Having a high risk pregnancy I have not gotten to know the NPs here but I have only heard amazing things. 10/10 recommend coming here. St lukes is the best hospital!

I am always very impressed with the friendliness of the nurses, receptionists, and doctors. They are very flexible with appointment scheduling. The doctor I see is so friendly and kind. He takes the time to answer my questions and also be conversational. I highly recommend obstetrical associates if you are looking for a kind, knowledgeable, and comfortable doctor’s office.

I had my first baby with Obstetrical Associates, and I had the best experience! I had a high risk pregnancy, and with it being my first, I was given all the information and options from my doctor and nurses and completely trusted everyone in the office. They were warm, caring & so friendly! That was in 2013. My doctor left to pursue another job after that, so I ended up going to a new practice. I ended up leaving & going BACK to Obstetrical Associates midway through my pregnancy because I was having a bad experience with the new doctor. I am so happy I did because I had another high risk pregnancy, and the care and attentiveness I received was outstanding! I even had to see another doctor while mine was out of town for a week, and he was equally amazing and attentive! Would recommend 10/10!

I’ve been coming here for 5 years now and absolutely love them. I see Dr Thompson and when I can’t I’ll see one of the nurse practitioners (who are all very warm welcoming sweet and knowledgeable). The girls up front are always friendly and helpful. The nurses in the office are all very kind and if they can’t answer your question they make sure to find someone who can and get back with you within the day (I’d imagine the next day if you call too late in the day). Having had children during this time their after hours service is amazing it’s never taken the Dr.on call more than 10-15 minutes to call me back about any concerns I’ve had. Over all this is a wonderful practice and would 10/10 recommend to anyone needing OBGyn services.

The front desk is always friendly and extremely helpful. The Doctors, NPs, and staff are all amazing! I've never had service from a doctor's office with such a quick response time and great care and compassion for their patients. Highly recommend!

I have been going to this group since 2015 and have never had a bad experience! Everyone is so nice and every doctor I have seen has been amazing! They are always so friendly every time I go in! Definitely would recommend 10/10 to anyone looking for great care and friendly atmosphere!

This office, more than once, has helped out with my needs. I am impressed with how well this office runs. They are always addressing my questions, even the littlest of questions, and they are there for you 100%.

Office Staff is great! I have seen Dr. Jeff Thompson for years and he has delivered both of my boys! I love his bed side manor. I also LOVE Heather NP. I couldn't say enough good things about this practice and the care they show for their patients and babies! Thank you Dr. Thompson and Team!

While I have liked my doctors. This office wait time is absurd. For an annual visit im there 90-120 minutes every year. I’ve been a patient for ten years. I put up with because I loved my doctor but after she left and I got a new one. He was great but not worth the huge wait. Also the office staff aren’t the nicest either. So if your time is valuable to you. I suggest another practice.

Office staff is rude and long wait times. I’ve done afternoon appointments so maybe earlier ones are better. Doctor was nice but not worth the staff who rolled her eyes at me for asking how much longer. I’ll be finding another doctor.
