Ocha Noodles and Ramen, Columbia MO

Do NOT Recommend this place. Ramen was Luke warm. Noodles were extremely undercooked and the broth in both the Shoyu and Tonkatsu was bland and not flavorful. Sorely disappointed. Ramen from Sam’s Club was exponentially better. Employee asked how the food was. I told them and they DID offer to fix the order.

Vegan options! I had the plain fried rice with veggies and it was very fresh and tasty for a good price. Service was friendly and fast. They said you could get any of the curries vegan as well!

Love this place! Excellent ramen, exactly what you need on a cold day in December. Highly recommend the Tonkotsu.

Food was ok. What was really horrible was the attitude of the staff! When I asked about a confusion of my order, the issue was not clarified in speech but just rudely resolved by sending over the robot with the missing part of the order. I would NOT go back to this place considering this and a meh meal.

Not impressed. A lunch for two cost $50 with barely any meat in the Ramen bowls. The tonkatsu soup stock was very bland. The pork was dry and tough. The chicken tasted like turkey. I might have considered trying them again if they were half the price, but for the cost I can't justify eating here.

My eight year old and I tried Ocha this evening and had an awesome time. Food was absolutely delicious - especially since it's fast casual.

Our food was served to our table via robot, which was cool to no end. They even had a fridge of Japanese drinks to choose from.

12/10 recommend.

Nice small ramen place in Columbia! I got the Tonkatsu ramen and would recommend. The meat in it was not very fatty and was very tender. A very flavorful dish. Only downside was that the mushrooms and carrots were a bit tough.

There was sushi on the menu, but when I went to order it, the said they didn't have any. I'm not sure if they only serve sushi on specific days, but if you're coming here for sushi, know that they might not have it! They also have a fridge with some traditional Japanese Ramune drinks to top off the experience.

One interesting thing about this restaurant is that a robot brings your food to the table, not a person.

My son and I went there to try it out for the first time. We are a bit of a foodie and love food all different varieties. However, we did not enjoy the flavor varieties of either of our dishes. I bought 4 total dishes and frankly we threw $42 worth of food in the trash. We loved the robot waiter though and the strawberry drink with the marble. Sadly, my go to thai place hands down never disappoints, this place did.

My first time here and the food was great! I ordered the Spicy Miso Ramen, and my wife had a curry chicken ramen (build your own). Very pleased and our food was brought to us by a robot waitress. I’ll definitely be back to explore the different flavors!

Very delicious bowl to warm your spirits. The meal robot is adorable that brings your food to you.

I recently had the misfortune of dining in at this appalling restaurant called Ocha. I was extremely disappointed with my experience, especially considering the fact they blatantly lied to me about their menu. I attempted to order sushi but was told they didn’t have any sushi today. However, the people behind me was given sushi. I am absolutely livid at the deception and lack of professionalism of this establishment. To make matters worse. When I talked to the owner/ manger he told me he was a family friend and basically told me to just deal with it. Is this really how you run business? I am disgusted and won’t be returning to an establishment who discriminates against their customers.

Food was excellent! Their combination pho hit the spot and I enjoyed an order of their crab Rangoon as well.

I got there after 6 and it was busy. There was only two people working so the service wasn't the best but when they did interact with you, they seemed friendly.

The restaurant didn't have very many places to sit and eat. Be prepared to wait if you want to sit and eat.

My first time at this place, told the cashier about my allergy and she helped me pick out a dish, I live an hour away so when I got home, the broth was still hot and the ingredients still fresh because they separate the broth in a different container from everything else, I really appreciated that so that it didn’t ruin the noodles. I got the spicy miso and it was wonderful. Unfortunately I got takeout but regretted it because while I was waiting, they brought out someone’s order with a robot! How cool is that!? !

Would not recommend, forced to tip 15% for no service. Would not process order unless a tip was included. This is not a location that provides service inductive of a tip. Food was sub par for one diner and inedible for another. Prices listed were not prices charged on receipt.

This place absolutely sucks. Not only does it charge more for pho than other places but they legit put ONE PIECE OF MEAT in one of my orders. The only reason I used this place is because I was deserve for delivery. I am sick. I expected better.
