Police Chief John Neske, this sorry cop is retired now and this Mayor praised Neske. What you may not know is this Police Chief gives Other Police Chief's who are drunk out of their mind a ride home instead of to a jail cell where you or I would end up. This sorry Mayor knew everything, he knew that Neske gave Chief Greg Hall a ride home instead of putting this drunk in jail. Hall blew a 2.0 on the breathalyzer. This sorry Mayor knew and tried to sweep it under the rug. Professionalism at its best.
