Office Depot, St. Louis MO

I had been wiating for more than 1 hours to print one paper! Employed need to be work fast 3 people work. Standing without woring.

I recently shopped for an item that was listed on Office Depot's website at 69.00. But when I put it in the cart, it rang up as $92. My husband purchased it in the physical store and they honored the price listed on the website. Yay. That's good customer service.

The employees are nice and do good work. My recent experience doing several small print jobs has been totally positive.

This location seems to be understaffed a lot of the time. I hope corporate hires more people and does what it takes to keep their current employees happy.

Ok from what I understand, printing and copying and essentially most things paper related are one of the cornerstones of this company. Correct? So then why, oh why, is it literally impossible to find a reliable paper cutter in the self-service area? For months (maybe years?), I couldn’t do my own trimming thanks to the ear shattering screech the paper cutter would make with every pass. Imagine my excitement when I saw they’d replaced it recently with a newer, slimmer device.
You know how Red told Andy “hope can drive a man insane” in the Shawshank Redemption? He really hit the nail on the head with that one.
I’ve attached photos from my most recent visit on Sunday, November 26,2023 around 11: 30am. The outcome of my attempt at trimming a flyer with the resources available is a laugh out loud level of atrocious.
Office Depot, you have one job. Just the one. Please do it better, the future of DIY event planning is resting on your shoulders.
Btw the staff is typically pretty helpful, they happened to be busy and I waited around briefly to show them the results but eventually had to get going.

I went in the store looking for a specific item, and was guided directly to the isle. Couldn't find the item, but an email asked if I needed assistance. She couldn't find it either, so she went to the storage area and found one. Very helpful. At checkout, the cost was higher than I expected, so the woman behind the counter checked the ad and found that the price was cheaper on line, so she adjusted it to a lower price.
Overall, a good experience.

Greeted at the door and told where I could locate the items I was looking for. Checkout was easy and fast.

Honestly better than you would expect. The rewards to return ink and stuff is cool. I am rating 5 stars because I had a great experience on a random Monday and got a large return taken care of for the Fedex shipping and it was just so easy and friendly
