Office Depot’s self-serve copiers were fully and nicely explained during my visit. The staff couldn’t have been nicer and they assisted me a few times during my visit. Printing a picture/attachment from the phone could also be done in self-service so that no additional charges were incurred. Overall, I couldn’t have been happier with the service received and the general ease of use to complete the project of copying.

The store on Lafayette Center in Manchester has a new General Manager who is doing an AMAZING job and helping to elevate the staff here with exceptional coaching. I had a business issue that required a quick fix... Kaleb McKnelly is the GM who aided me. Expect great service, deep listening, and a problem-solver if you interact with him. GOOD JOB!

The store is clean and well organized. All the employees are in a good mood and helpful, and Donell (one of the managers?) is spectacular. He'll find what you need and make sure it's the best deal.

We needed a printer which was easy to setup. We bought one from a competitor but returned it because it was too difficult to setup. We went to Office Depot in Manchester, received excellent service, and found a printer which setup easily and quickly.

This review is primarily about how great the store manager was in solving a problem created by Fedx. I dropped a package to be shipped via Fedx Ground and the staff were very helpful. Unfortunately, Fedx didn't make the daily stop by the store to pickup the package, which created an urgent problem, because the package needed to be delivered the next day. Fedx customer service was absolutely no help. However, Bill, the Office Depot manager, came to my rescue. He was very understanding and even though Fedx was of no help, Bill upgraded the shipping from Ground to Next Day at 8am which saved the day. I can't say enough good things about Bill, he was amazing. He didn't even charge me the difference for the upgraded shipping. Thank you Bill.

An associate named Cole greeted me at the door, told me exactly where to find what I was looking for, suggested a service they offer and he was wonderful getting me what I needed at a great price! Every store should have associates that are so friendly and helpful.

Great place to get things printed. They have always been quick and helpful. I go back with new challenges and leave silicified. The staff has been super in the copy/print area! Kudos.

Knowledgeable staff was very helpful in finding the right printer for my needs. Reading reviews is great but I like to see the options in person and have recommendations by staff. Plus the store pricing was the same as online. I chose differently after seeing in person the size of the printer I had in mind originally.

I had to mail a return package. It was on a Sunday, and the associate who helped me was extremely knowledgeable, and she explained the options when using United postal service, versus other options.
