I purchased two 24"x36" copies of a pdf and it cost me $50. The price was outrageous. The service person was very nice but woefully overwhelmed due to understaffing. I had to wait well over an hour to waited on and then had to make a second trip back the next day to pick up two copies.

The staff at the south St. Louis County Office Depot on Lemay Ferry Road were outstanding! The turnaround time for my print request was tight and Jennifer, Blaine and Roy came through for me!

Very helpful with any of my needs. Made suggestions on what would work best in my situation. Greatly appreciated!

Stocking is down. The necessities were there with some reading and searching. The old store is just not there. That was then, things are different now. We really do enjoy the "in Store Experience".

Office Depot has always delivered for me. No reason to go elsewhere for everyday office supplies

Jen, Roy, and Noelle at the South County store are some of the nicest, friendliest, helpful folks I've met in a long time. It really made up for the rude woman working the print shop at the Richmond Heights location.

I have utilized Office Depot for most of my printing needs for the last 7-10 years, I am always satisfied with the delivery time and quality of thier printing and office products.

An office store with good products for the office as well as for the home and, at very reasonable prices. Their personnel are also typically knowledgeable and helpful. I only wish they did not have so many products made in China.

Awful customer service. I asked about printing service and the female clerk seemed so bothered that I asked her for help.

They have no clue what "customer Service" actually is. They have a smart mouth and they act like they are making 40.00 an hour with their attitudes. They act like they are too good to wait on us and the fact is they are too damn lazy and should get jobs working where they cant be seen. I will never go there again because Im not good at holding things in and I may fly off the handle next smart remark that comes out their smart mouth. Dont make eye contact so you wont ask them to get off their cell phone and actually help someone. Your employees will and are going to lose you a ton of money but they dont care minimum wage jobs are all over and hiring so they have nothing to lose. Are they worth that? They would not work for me thats for sure. They have a chip on their shoulder and thats what will send you out of business. They roll their eyes if you stand there looking at them til they get off the cell phone. Thats what they are getting paid to do? I want that job.lol So sad.this used to be a friendly place to shop and people came up and asked if you needed help if you look like you cant find something. Not now those days are in the past.

Be ready to waste a tone of your time here. At the printing station! Employees are incredibly slow and they seem like they don’t know how to work. They get distracted so easily and forget about a customer is waiting for their stuff. Its ridiculous!

Quality merchandise, competitive prices & employees that go that extra step to make sure the customer is satisfied! Always an enjoyable experience at Office Max.
