Old Navy, Lee's Summit MO

Had everything we needed. The store was very clean and organized. The staff was friendly also. Didn't take long to find what we needed. We were in and out in now time and the process was easy. They even priced matched there sale price from the web site.

If I can give negative stars I would! They were super rude and racist to my mother today! The cashier that helped her was so rude and wouldn’t answer or even greet her! Her number was 3219357. The manager asked everyone in the store if they were okay and needed help except her! She would just walk by her and ignored her! These people should not be working in customer service.

Wife loves the selection of clothes and the great prices. She finds what she likes, it always looks good on her and fits well.
It makes her happy and makes me happy and my life easier. Thanks for helping a guy out Old Navy. It takes a lot of work to be married 36 years and you make it a little easier.

My brother got some back to school clothes, we kept getting followed in the store until they seen how many people were with us

Me and the man at the cash register where having a friendly conversation about our lives. He asked me for my pronouns and I got SERIOUSLY offended. He thinks I stand for the LGBLT community and it’s unacceptable. I will NEVER shop here again.

They were literally so rude to me on the phone just now. I called and was like hi do you have any bodysuits? And she said i don’t know without checking i don’t know. Um? Can you not do your job and check for me? And I was in the middle of saying “ ok thank you so much “ and before i could even finish my sentence she hung up on me? I was so nice to be met with such a rude person. It killed my mood: c

Friendly and helpful staff. Men's Loose fit denim jeans fit perfectly. Haven't been able to find jeans that fit before.

Old Navy needs to draw focus to customer service I went in there for a simple exchange even told the lady I don’t know where to find the item because I ordered online she didn’t help me find it at all would not leave her register with me to find it then went to order it and charged me double the price because she failed to look at my receipt then whenever I was passed to another lady she had a terrible attitude and made me feel uncomfortable in the store it was borderline harassment. What I came in needing to do with easy unfortunately the two ladies at the front were extremely lazy. Old Navy should be ashamed those two women are representing their brand they weren’t even wearing Old Navy clothes… one was wearing a Made in KC hoodie… So she isn’t even representing your brand while you all pay her….

This is one of the better organized stores haven't been to Old Navy in a while because I've taken to bell bottoms and they don't carry them but they had a nice Jean sale. And they have plus sizes and above wished they made jumpsuits in tall.

This will always be my favorite clothing store. I will suggest checking out the aisles that has reduced prices in risk of spending a lot of money on clothes. Good customer service, they were attentive and friendly.

Found what we needed and was able to buy what they didn't have in store from a handheld device. Super smart toke sure to not lose sales. More companies should be doing this.

I had a great inside shopping experience. The employees in the dressing room area were so helpful. Found just what I needed
