This place is a true treasure hunt, you never know what you will find that will blow your mind! I love coming here and hunting for unique items, cars and Trek stuff. I highly recommend swinging by and checking this place out it is awesome!

Cracks me up reading the comments from the "Haters". Obviously an expectation from them as if they were in a nationwide chain store. Kevin and John are absolutely the BEST! Rarely will you pay for an item 'as marked'. They almost always voluntarily make a deal with you on whatever you're buying. As for the comparison to eBay? Go ahead, buy on eBay.eBay now charges sales tax and likewise you'll pay shipping. Even if the seller advertises it as 'Free Shipping', I assure you they've integrated the shipping expense into the price. It's little more than a tactic. If you're in Independence, do yourself a favor and check out Old School Collectibles. You won't be sorry!

They have a great selection of the past. Great price and very helpful and friendly. I'll be back often.

So.ive known Kevin for about 4 years now ans lately he literally blocked me on fb due to a comment. Lol, he a big, shirtless baby at times. He's pricey too. Will have to get my own shop in a few yrs. Hope you have a bless day.

I have gone in here maybe once every 2-3 months. I always take my 3 and 4 year old. Never once have I felt not welcomed because of their age or because they just rummage through the loose toys. This is a nice place with cool people running the store. Always great deals. I will be coming here for Xmas shopping. This for sure is the best toy shop in Independence and has the best toys in independence. They will have my business as long as they are open and the same folks are doing the business.

This is the coolest toy and collectable store in the greater metropolitan area! The prices are amazing! It is my favorite place to go for a positive boost of nostalgia!

Great shop! What an awesome trip down memory lane! Lots of interesting, vintage toys to look at. I wish there was a place like this on the Kansas side.

It's a must see! So many things from the past. Plan on spending a couple of hrs.to browse the entire store. So you don't miss anything. Truly amazing.

That place is amazing. I couldn't make up my mind on what to buy. I felt like a kid looking around.

This place is an unorganized mess.there are a few prices on things, but most items are unmarked. Stuff is piled high. Prices were more expensive than EBay. This was a waste of time and gas.

Amazing store. I could spend all day in there digging through stuff. Treasures everywhere you look.
