Olive Garden Italian Restaurant reviews
20Even at 4pm it took 25 minutes to get sat due to staff shortages, but the service was very good once we got to our table. The calamari appetizer was very good. The calamari is better than it used to be a few years ago. The toscana soup is amazingly good and served steamy hot. The chicken gnocchi soup is rich and creamy and delicious.
Dined in here on 11/5/2021 for dinner with my partner. We got seated at a dirty table with crumbs. Our server was friendly but sometimes forgetful. Our food too over 45 minutes to get to our table when all we ordered was Chicken Parmesan and a create your own with five cheese and veggies. Breadsticks were good salad appeared a bit old and wilted, a lot of brown spots on the lettuce and peperoncino.
I’m giving Olive Garden 1 star because, my waiter Austin called my a guy when I’m a women. I’m wearing purple it’s obvious I’m a girl.
Server never came to take my order.
I was seated and told the server will be right over. After 10 minutes, I rationalized they were too busy and left. However, they weren’t busy at all. Too many employees idling standing around. I guess customer service isn’t their job. Very sad.
Very crowded for Veterans Day luncheon, but service was still good. Short wait to be seated, but less than 10 minutes. Food was very good, served hot and promptly. The Veterans Day Special menu was all from their top sellers, and in full proportions. Endless is definitely the word as 3rd helpings were offered. Even a glass tea to go.
Tables spaced out which was great. Always thought tables were too tight.
Great service, staff excellent, food great. Our server was the sweetest lady.
My go to Italian restaurant.
Had a great meal with family and waitresses was awesome and attentive. We will be back in time and will be this location.
Everything was good.food selection was perfect. But. Our drinking straws should be individualy wrapped for the customer to put in. It is unsanitary especially during covid for your server to add your straw to your drink. OLIVE GARDEN!
PLEASE GET AND USE PREWRAPED DRINKING STRAWS! I will contact coparate and suggest that as well. Great job other wise.
This visit was a wonderful experience made possible by our amazing server Roger. Great attitude. Very attentive. Fast service. Food was fresh hot and tasty. Great man who has the knowledge and know how on making the customer feel like a VIP! Will definitely dine again if he’s working.
Worst experience ever! Couldn't get lunch special which ended at 3, even though I waited 10 minutes to be seated n 10 minutes to be waited on. I arrived a couple minutes before 3!
Wrong drink, wrong price, wrong take home food, wrong bill.
The food was good and the server was great, but the wait time was terrible. I get it they were short staffed but be honest with people. Don't tell me the wait time is 20 minutes when it's actually over 45.
I was here on 10/31/21 the server was great and I give no if her service 5 Star without a doubt! But, when manager came to assist the small situation, which was by of a fairly small portion of chicken which server agreed, we just expected the manager Angela to make right by at least offering either an equivalent piece of chicken to make up for a portion of the chicken is all we asked for, but instead approaching in that simple way, all she suggested is, if you want another piece it will cost. Before walking away all she suggested and said was I’ll take off the chicken, definitely not what we asked for!
Everytime that I go to this location, there's always something wrong with my order. Never again will I spend money with you and keep getting the same results.
It was okay I. My opinion, eaten at my h nice Olive Gardens, need to update the booths, very uncomfortable to sit in, worn out. But food was good and good service.
Hadn't been there in a while and they changed thier menu. Was hoping to get my usual but it wasn't available.
Food was dry. On chicken marsela very little sause. Same with my pasta dish. Food was over cooked. Server was not attentive at all.
Ordered takeout and everything made it into the bag flawless including grated cheese and after dinner mints. Very nice guy greeted me in my car with the food-super easy
I do not live near this location but go there when visiting family in St. Louis. Usually crowded, but warm atmosphere and good Italian comfort food. I especially appreciated some useful insights from our waiter this time. Worth a visit.
There are less choices than before the pandemic. The spaghetti with meat sauce I ordered came out with marinara sauce. It had little sauce on it. I requested some meat sauce and got it. The sauce was thin and had too little tomato flavor. The chicken was cooked a little too long; not juicy.
Great food. Cold salad. I picked up. The girl was friendly and nice. It was all in the bag nicely boxed. D
