Olive Garden Italian Restaurant, Bridgeton MO

Nice quiet and cozy place to enjoy a family dinner. Food came out hot and on time. Only a 4 because our waitress could have just a bit better with her customer service. Overall a nice experience.

Food was amazing accurate fresh and hot. Maryssa was an awesome hostess as we were celebrating a birthday. 10/10 I will be back soon.

The website said there was no wait. We get inside and they said it was a 45 min wait! We get on the wait list but look for something else, because we timed our entire evening based on the information we had before arriving. 12 minutes later as we are pulling into another restaurant we get a text telling us our table is almost ready and they will only hold it for 5 minutes. It doesn't seem like any of the olive gardens actually use the online waitlist! So why have it? 2nd if you are going to give an estimated wait time and you actually want customers, it might be good to make it a reasonable estimate.

This place needs a Deep Cleaning. The tables are sticky to the touch and the bathrooms are filthy and smell of urine. There is no reason except for laziness for this business to deteriorate like this.

I drove a hour and a half just to be let down I Waited over a hour for my to go order (Which I pre-ordered it 30 mins away plus called to confirmed it) when I pulled into spot 5 I confirmed I arrived then also called they told me they was still working on it so I gave it another 10-20 mins so I called again asking about my order they told me again they was still working on it then another 30 mins goes by this lady comes out to our car smoking a cigarette saying our card didn't go threw so I gave her my card she takes another 20 mins to come back out with our food smoking another cigarette and being on her phone I can say this literally ruined my view of olive garden and after all that my food was cold so I just threw it away

I have never walked out of a restaurant before in my life, until this evening. After waiting 20-25 mins to be seated due to lack of staff, we couldn't get a server. My husband and I sat at our table waiting for someone to at least come take our drink order. About 5 minutes after we were seated, a woman was seated by herself at another table nearby. Her party had not arrived yet, however, within seconds a server showed up to take her drink order. I told the server we were ready to order. She told me she'd go get our server. A gentleman came out and immediately walked up the the table where the woman was sitting by herself and he apologized for not being in sooner, then proceeded to try and take her order. She was telling him that she already had a server and that we needed one. We also were telling him that we were his table. I promise you, he ignored us and walked out of the area. I grabbed my phone and told my husband that we were leaving. Sadly, because I was really wanting Olive Garden. The waiter walked back in as we were walking out and offered to serve us. I was already not happy with how we kept getting ignored and how long it took to be seated, so we left. I made sure to let the manager know when I left, why we were leaving. In a very cheerful voice they responded, "Okay, I'm sorry. "
I will never be back to this location again, and I will be sure to share my experience at this location with others.

I haven't been to this particular Olive Garden in over 15 years (moved away) and it is still one of the best! We only had a 15 to 20 minute wait at around 6pm on a Saturday evening for 3 people and I've got to say that's pretty amazing! The service was spectacular thanks to our server Tiffany and the food was amazingly delicious, I definitely recommend!

It was really good experience with Olive Garden. Staff were really polite and helpful.

Manager was asking about the food in between. They actually take care of customers.

We ordered 2-3 Items for dinner including Stuffed Ziti Fritta which was mouthwatering. And Grilled Chicken Margarita served with broccoli was so fresh and juicy. It Was so tempting.

Also try Bellini Peach- Raspberry Iced tea.

Their mozzarella Breadsticks and salad was tempting.

We haven't been in awhile but it was a bit off. The Lasagna was missing something. The salad was wilting, but the Fritters were great!

The food was good and game in a timely manner. Our server, Nigeria was absolutely the best. She explained everything, was attentive to all our needs. The issue was management. I get it that they want your entire party there before seating. We had reservations for 20. Now you have all these people gathered around the entry doors in the way. We had 3 elderly ladies with walkers and canes, now add that to the crowd. Also we were not told this when the reservation was made. There were 15 of us there, was told by the manager (8/12/2023) that if the others came they could not sit with us. We decided to go ahead and be seated with the 15 since we were now 30 minutes past our reservation time. The table they seated us at only sat 16 people so if all 20 of us were there at that time, they couldn’t sit at the table with us anyway. The other 5 did showed up shortly after we were seated and we had a good time. The occasion was a tea party for our Pastors wife. My thoughts—-more people, more money for the restaurant and the waitress. Always say what you can do to accommodate never what you cannot do. Be sure whoever takes the reservation explains all the details upon arrival. All those people crowded at the front door is horrible, issues getting in and out. There has to be a better system. There are many restaurants we could have chosen that serve the same food, customer service is key!

The waitress was super sweet (I wish I remembered her name), and she didn't charge for my coffee just because I had to wait for it to brew. Never had such positive and amazing service

Even when the restaurant is empty they don’t even offer you a table to wait, just because some of the waiters are late!

A pretty typical Olive Garden. If you aren’t a big Italian fan, try the chicken and gnocchi
soup. It’s my fav

Service was very slow. I ordered the Chicken Gnocchi, and it came with no chicken at all. They said it was nothing they could do about it. And there was a weird smell in the building as well. Making this review to ensure I never return.

Our waitress had 3 tables and seemed completely overwhelmed by everything. Never did get a to-go container for a full uneaten bowl of soup even though we asked 4 times. My husband ordered a 2nd cocktail and never received it. My entree weirdly came out first and it wasn't until I had completely finished eating that the waitress finally came back around and told us the other 2 entrees had been taken out of the system by the manager. The food was what you expect from Olive Garden. The environment is what you expect from Olive Garden. The wait staff wasn't impressive.

Our server Desiree was the best yet. She was attentive, knowledgeable and very friendly. The food was great. And the manager on duty was very friendly and attentive. We visit often and this was the best yet.
