7 Service was great.
Some of the best gluten free pasta I've ever tasted. I ordered it with Italian sausage, and it was delicious.
We ditched our table after waiting an hour with no service and we're on our way to Pasta Express. We did the online check-in but White Shirt forgot to hit the button when we arrived. He apologized and sat us in the bar area but our waiter didn't appear for another fifteen minutes when he gave us a "Be right with you" fly by and served other customers for another five minutes. I haven't been to Olive Garden since COVID and now I remember why.
My wife and I have eaten there many times and have never been disappointed. We look forward to going each and every time.
We have been going to this location for the last 20+ years. We have never received anything but excellent service. On the rare occasion that there was a problem with the food, it was handled promptly and professionally.
Worst experience with olive garden I've had, the food was so disappointing. I ordered soup, and it was only broth with a couple of pieces of kale
Our waitress, Kodi, was very attentive and nice! The food was awesome! It was packed and we waited maybe 15 mins! My favorite restaurant chain for many reasons. Today's experience was perfect.
Me, my, and our neice went to this location last night in the 7pm hr. They sat use in the bar area. Once the lady took our order she asked what my wife and neice wanted soup or salad, but didn't ask me. Once she came back we told her I wanted the chicken nookie, after a few moment she came back and said they don't have even tho they where still open for over another hr. Once we got our food 1st it was only my wife and I who got ours 1st then some time later my neice got hers. The 6 Oz sirloin had way to much seasoning on it and my neices chicken was way over cooked. And our waitress never Once refilled my drink she refilled my wife's and neice but never mine. Normal when my wife and I go here we have a good time last night though wasn't so much a good service.
