Olive Street Currency Exchange, St. Louis MO

I just wanted to know are they open now for the last two weeks or so they have been closed. N the Web site says they are open n close at five

Walked there to cash a check, said They couldnt cash my check because I never cashed a check there before, Personally I thought it was because I was white, so I then had to walk for another hours to Veterans Currency exchange.

I called this place and the person I was speaking with hung up on me and was not clear. I do not recommend.

Called to speak to Jennifer and was told by a very rude person I had the wrong number. Called back and identified myself as being the mother of one of your employees and I was told to get Jennifer's number from my daughter and when I asked who I was speaking to, the person hung up. Called back and phone just rang and rang. Very poor professionalism. My daughter was off today so that is why I was calling for Jennifer.

Called to ask a simple question and the lady was not polite and rude. Go somewhere else!
