Our air conditioning was out on a 100 degree day and we called before their office opened and told them we were club members. They got William out right away and he fixed it. He was very gracious, professional, friendly and explained things well. We're very pleased with One Hour HVAC!

Yesterday, Travis Wheeler and Preston installed my new AC/furnace. I was impressed with their professional manner and extensive knowledge about the new system. Their instructions for me were easy to understand, and I feel very comfortable handling everything on my own. The thermostat is even connected to an app on my phone, so I can control temperature when I am away from home.
Again, I highly recommend One Hour of Lee's Summit for any HVAC needs. I have consistently received great service with spring and fall maintenance, and knew that I could trust the company when it came time to replace my system.

Bryan Roberts just completed installing a new air conditioner and furnace for me. He did a great job, even improving on the way some things were set up previously.

Will came out for my semi annual system check up. Called prior to coming and was very informative and professional. Every person One Hour Heating and Cooling sends out are friendly and enjoyable.

I've been with One Hour Heating & Cooling/ Boan Heating and Cooling for about 30 years. They have always installed and done maintenance for me. I've truthfully never had any problems with them. They are on time, courteous and professional and do a great job. My guy today was Nate and he was very nice. I would highly recommend them.

8-14-23 my guy was Will today. Very nice and kept me informed of how everything was going. He even brought my trashcan to house after pickup. Highly recommend.

10-16-23 Shane Mulberry was my technician today. Very nice and professional. Explained what he did and I felt very confident in him. Very pleasant young man!

Eli was very courteous and knowledgeable about our system. He also gave us some information about our ductwork and water heater that will need attention in the near future.

Shane was great. He needed a filter for our humidifier and didn't have one with him. He picked one up and brought it after finishing his other appointments. He was thorough and professional. A joy to have in my home. One Hour is always a company I recommend.

Listened to issue extensively, along with prior troubleshooting done by myself. Took time to do a proper analysis, and found issue in moments. I won't bash the competition, but Matt did a great job actually finding the issue and not telling me what the issue is prior to looking. Tanks for being professional and fixing the issue properly. Did not attempt to pressure me into a new system, provided options for fixing as well as replacement, if needed down the road. A+

Their technician was very through in checking the system out. He did a great job, showed me everything he checked and cleaned as well. I had some questions about where to place a carbon monoxide detector. I had read so many different things about were to put them. Now I know where to put them. Everything checked out fine on the heating system.

Just a regular maintenance call and noticed thermostat was not working properly and rewired it helping us save money. Didn’t charge us a thing for that special service

I am a new homeowner and first time with a gas furnace system. Chase came in and figure out quickly what was going on before the first freeze chill warning night. Got it running in the mean time till a part came in. And then did a good seasonal cleaning that the old owners clearly did not get done and installed a system to help my seasonal allergies. Looking forward to working the KCMO crew from now on.
