One Light Luxury Apartments, Kansas City MO

I moved into One Light back in March of this year. I believe I toured and signed the lease all within 2 weeks. From the very beginning I worked with Danica all the way to the move in date. Thought out the whole process she was extremely insightful, kind, encouraging and helpful. She helped make a stressful time exciting and fun. She was incredible! Danica makes it her priority to help you get settled in and be able to call One Light your home. One Light has been an incredible place to call home and I'm looking forward to staying here for years to come.

My ‘Gorgeous Gal’ Bailey Morgan has been my go to person since I first moved into one of the penthouses at Two Light. Following her to One Light came naturally and I’ve never regretted that decision. As the assistant property manager, Bailey always makes herself available - morning, noon or night - for any and all questions or concerns. She’s polished, professional and her smile adds cheer to any situation.
Having said that, I need to give a shout out to all the staff. I have lived many places during my 75 years, but these Cordish properties are managed better than any other. Response times are immediate and always completed with pleasant efficiency. I am happy to call One Light Home and the staff friends!

Worked with Danica to move in about a month ago, everything has been incredible and couldnt reccommend this more.

I began my residency at One Light in February and formalized my lease in March. Throughout the transition, Danica has been my primary contact, and her assistance has been exemplary. Having her as a steady point of contact has streamlined the entire process. Since our first meeting, she has demonstrated promptness, efficiency, and genuine kindness.

The entire process of signing a lease a One Light has been so simple thanks to Emina. I have lived in many apartments across the country and she is by far the best leasing specialist I’ve ever worked with. No matter what time of day, she answered every single question I had very promptly. I chose One Light over other apartments because of how smoothly Emina made the process.

I’ve been living at One Light for over a month now and couldn’t imagine being anywhere else. I toured many places downtown, but as soon as Danica gave me a wonderful tour of all One Light had to offer, I was sold. She and the rest of the staff are amazing, the pool is always fun, and the apartments are great. Very happy in my decision & my home here!

I sent a service request and in less than 1O minutes, the team did the work. That was impressive! What a great service group here! Thank you all! The best!

I moved into One Light about a couple months ago and so far it has been amazing. The apartments are not only beautiful, spotless, and well maintained, the staff and leasing agents are amazing as well. Danica the leasing agent was imperative to the process for me, she really helped me along, no matter how much I annoyed her with questions! Haha. So thanks to all the staff and crew at One Light for making my residence something I'm so happy with!

Moving into OneLight is the best choice you’ll ever make. Amenities like the resort style pool, dog park, underground parking, and sharing a building with a grocery store/gym sold me before move in. I then got to experience the community aspect this apartment has to offer. The resident events always have a great turnout. I’ve met countless residents who I consider to now be close friends of mine. Something no other apartment in Kansas City can offer.

One Light is a fantastic living experience! Great team, great residents, fun social life! You have it all at One Light!

Do not go here as a worker or resident. I doordash food to this complex and the security guards are constantly… not at the front desk? Their code is posted right in the door, so essentially anybody can step in.today i waited, and eventually decided to go up to my customer. This security dude stepped in and got real rude and nasty about it.do your job.

Do not leave a door wide open with codes posted, have zero signs on what to do (as a visitor of any nature), while also demanding people stay in the lobby WHEN YALL AINT IN THE LOBBY.i would simply feel unsafe living here

One Light is the best place! The view is amazing, the pool is a vegas style pool, the dog park is right next to the building, and there is a grocery store downstairs at your fingertips! The staff knocks it out of the park here, especially Emina, Bailey, and AD! If you are thinking of moving here don’t hesitate! There is so much more I could say great about this place! The residents here are a second family!

I can't say enough good things about One Light. They have been so incredibly helpful, from helping me determine the apartment that would best fit my needs to answering all of my endless questions and making my move in seamless. The amenities are beautiful and I am so happy that I chose to live here! Huge shoutout to Danica and the leasing team for being so easy to work with!

Love living here! Pool is amazing, staff is wonderful, maintenance fixes everything quickly. And AD is the best lifestyle coordinator I’ve ever had! So many breakfasts and cool events, we even had an orchestra and aerialists accompanied by champagne and desserts. Definitely recommend this place.

One Light has been an amazing home for the past two years! AD has been an amazing and wonderful life style coordinator and has always had great events. Some of my favorites so far have been the holiday party the derby day party and just the pool activities every weekend. Another great story from my time at one light was when I got sick and my friends helped me through the two months I was sick.they helped me through it and had a party for me when I was off meds! I love my one light family and I’m grateful for my one light family:)

2 yrs now at One Light and I love it, it is top-notch! I wanted a place where I felt safe, had secure underground parking and the building was well kept, they haven’t disappointed. So ‘many’ amenities, my favorite the incredible roof top pool and the amazing views of the city! Leasing staff Nicole, Emina, Bailey & team are the best! They have assisted me on several spur of the moment requests, always professional and with a smile! Equally, the maint.staff, Shane, Chris, Danny & team are always prompt and responsive! The bldg.always looks so nice & clean, kudos to housekeeping! AD our lifestyle coordinator is amazing, so friendly and helpful. We are so lucky to have every one of these professionals. They each play an integral role in making life at One Light so special. A great place to call home!

We moved into One Light this past month and love it so far! We originally toured back in February, and signed our lease in March. We’ve worked with Danica mostly up through move in, and she has been excellent! It’s been so nice having a consistent contact throughout the whole process, and Danica has been timely, efficient and kind since we met her.
We’re looking forward to getting fully settled in to One Light and downtown KC. From the amenities, to the staff, and the location, it really is a special place.
