I can not tell you how much of a life saver they were today. He got me RIGHT in and was able to get me fixed right away. I could not believe how fair their pricing was. Hopefully I'll never have to.but this will forever be my laptop repair service for all our company computers!

Had touchpad issues with both of my laptops. Looked over the reviews regarding this location, and decided to take my laptops there. Dave lived up to his great reviews, and beyond! He’s really reasonable in price, personable, honest, knowledgeable, and professional. He resolved the issue with my main laptop, and the 2nd one…to the best possible (it’s an old laptop)! Every interaction with him was open, courteous, & friendly! -Which says a lot to me in this day & time where customer service is lagging/spotty. I’d return to Dave at One Stop Shop without hesitation. -My honest review. Thanks Dave!

Accidently spilled some pickle juice on my gaming laptop, they were able to let me know what my options were as far as repair and data recovery went. Unfortunately the laptop was pretty much fried, but Dave was able to help me make the best decision for my wallet. I ended up buying a refurbished laptop for school, and the money I might have spent repairing my laptop was able to go into upgrading my PC that had some outdated hardware. After getting my PC tower back home there is a marked improvement in performance and I could not be happier. You cannot go wrong with this shop!

Wonderful shop the people are very helpful, and no what you need to get computers working.

Knowledgeable, professional. This is my go to guy with computers. One time I needed some mounting screws for a motherboard and he literally just gave them to me. No other place would do that I bet. Definitely recommend!

VERY HAPPY with the Refurbished Dell Laptop I bought from you couple of days ago. Thanks So much for the fast, efficienct (but admittedly massive) data transfer service. Frankly did not expect the material on my vintage "Netbook" family vacation memories to survive its 15-year Coma. Delighted to also see the non-standard audio Nature recordings made the journey as well!
I've been composing photographs since Dad decided I was old enough to hold his old 1940's Brownie box camera.
Already delighted to Find old photos but also watch smooth video runs and find myself back in better times, from 14-plus years ago.

I took my laptop here because it was making a buzzing noise and I wanted to get an SSD installed. The tech (owner?) told me the buzzing noise was probably the fan needing replaced but when he got in it, it was just the fan hitting a piece of loose tape. I appreciate his honesty, he could have just charged me for replacing the fan. The SSD install was affordable and I had my computer back the next day. I would definitely recommend this business for computer repair.

I spoke to David multiple times on the phone today. He had such a great attitude and was very helpful. I will definitely be telling others if they need some computer work done!

Dave and Joe are two stand up guys. I highly recommend this business for anyone with any technical needs in the area! One Stop will definitely be my new go-to.
