Got there with brake wires problem on the trailer. Everything was done well and fast. The problem was resolved in less than 30 minutes, and the driver was back on the road! Thank You very much!

I can’t say enough about the quality service and even more importantly——the fact that they know their stuff!
I am a hotshot on the road and needed an IMMEDIATE brake repair and they took me in right away and got me rolling again in short order. I had several issues and they helped me understand specifically what was going on and because of their knowledge——the dealer reimbursed me because some of the factory parts had failed.

I needed the metal base of an old chair repaired. The swivel/rocker plate on a chair broke just before Christmas. I knew nothing of this shop but found them on the internet with good reviews. We took our truck in, passenger trailer lights weren’t working. Carlos quickly looked at it and figured out it was just a fuse. Very honest. Would definitely recommend and use again.

One Stop Trailer bent over backwards to get my car in to add a trailer hitch. The manufacturer messed up on sending the hitch & I was under a time crunch. Once it came in they worked me in to their next day schedule, and late in the afternoon bumping up on closing time. Also helped me pick out the right ball size and height for my new trailer. Great people, very helpful & knowledgeable.

One Stop came to our rescue when a bearing went out on our fifth wheel camper. They promptly provided roadside service and replaced the bearing, hub, and brake. We were on the road very quickly, and I have confidence in the quality of the repair.

I received a personal referral to One-stop Trailer Center and couldn't be happier. I purchased a trailer hitch to install on my 2008 Jeep Grand Cherokee and ran into some issues. After stopping by on a Friday to get a quote for labor, I had the jeep scheduled for work on the following Wednesday and completed within the 1 hour. One-stop Trailer Center definitely know their stuff and I would highly recommend them for all your trailer needs.

My Shorelander boat trailer needed the wheel bearings checked and if practical, repacked. I was told at one boat and trailer distributor and repair shop to drop it off and it would take 30 days to get to it. I contacted One-stop and they got me in right away. Communication was outstanding through every step. They kept my boat and trailer in their locked, fenced in area and I felt they cared for the boat as if it was their own. They charged a fair price. I'm very happy I went there.

If I could give these folks 6 stars, I would! Very clean, quality, honest work. I dropped off my 2012 outback with the parts ready to go, and they got the work done in a couple short hours. The muffler flange bolts were completely rusted through, so they went ahead and replaced them with grade 8 bolts. If I’m in need of any trailer/hitch work in Kansas City, these are the guys!
