O'Reilly Auto Parts, Mexico MO

It's an alright place i suppose. I've noticed that when i do shop for auto parts its usually here. I have even bought some of their tools they offer, if you buy new windshield wipers the will install them for you no charge. Pretty helpful company and expanded into other states.

Would be nice if they would price match or at least take it down some so we could start getting parts now instead of ordering online and waiting a day or two just to save.

I want to say Thank You again to everyone involved to get me going again after being stuck at Ben's overnight!

To the guy that answered the phone.you have A+ customer service and went above and beyond what you had to!

To the mechanic that so graciously came all the way out to me to look at my truck and run back to O'Reillys to grab like 5 belts and out it on and got me running again.your a saint!

Don't change who you are and keep paying it forward. It will come back around at an unexpected moment. My memory sucks and I wish I could remember your names! Ordered parts by phone, told us to come at 11: 30, and didn't have them. Asked us to come back in 1 and 1/2 hours so a driver could bring them the part from another store.

NOW IF THEY HIRE SHuna Landin they would of Got a 5. My name Mr. Lux lol and I used Shaunas profile so EVERYONE CAN MATCH name with face. She loves cars. BUT SHOULD BE A LAWYER

Went in to find car parts. The clerk went out his way to find the parts and drove to another O'Reilly location to provide the parts for me. Quality place terrific service.
