10Always a great place to get your automotive parts. I can usually find what I need but the gentleman behind the counter got what i couldn't so I would say a win win.
I went in to the store thinking I needed a new alternator on my 72 Chevy. The guys were able to test the one off my truck and it ended up being ok. The gentleman at the counter did some looking and found my alternator was for a 1980 model. With this information I was able to source a wiring diagram and repair the vehicle without buying any parts. I appreciated their willingness to help, especially after my part tested good and they knew I wasn't going to be making a purchase. I will be a return customer.
Got the parts we needed at a reasonable price. Some kid named Joey helps us and he was tremendous he was knowledgeable and very helpful

I don't really care for O'Reilly's. They normally have the needed parts in stock. If the counter people actually get the correct part. I do not really care for the " we are doing you a favor " attitudes. Put me in mind of the elitist mentality of snap on tool truck operator's. 2 months ago. Driving from Oklahoma to Arizona. I had need of front end steering parts for my dually truck. 2 states. 3 stores. Everytime the wrong part. The last one. In tucumcari n.m. I pitched the wrong part into an adjacent field. Put my old parts back on. And swore off of O'Reilly auto parts.again. If I have any other options. I will not return.
