O'Reilly Auto Parts, Branson MO

I bought a 2 pack of batteries for my key fobs for myminivan about a week or so ago.it only worked maybe a couple times. I went in today.and young lady saw her collegue and said no wonder it's the wrong battery so she gave me her other one from where she'd changed hers out and that was very nice but I paid over $10 for a two pack and evidently the young man that waited on me when I bought them put in the wrong battery and didn't put in my phone number so I couldn't get the 2 pack replaced.it wasn't my fault. I've always went there for parts etc but very disappointed today in this man's attitude saying well she gave you a battery, and I said yes but I paid for 2 batteries. I think I should have been given what I paid for. I came home and looked it up on Amazon and the same 2 pack I can buy for $4.99 so I'll buy my next one there.

Went to store 4064 Branson, MO.was met by a young lady. Told her I was having batteries problems. She at once took care of getting correct battery and removed and replaced. Great job well done, Mercy

Sasha knew I needed new light bulbs and put them in for me and is great Everytime I come. She is great.

I have been going to this O'Reilly for over a decade and I've never had better customer service than I did on 12/29 with Sasha and her manager. They both came through for me with my messed up van and battery, and Sasha went above and beyond with her customer service. I've always had good experiences here, but this employee topped the norm. I hope she is subsequently rewarded for being such an asset to the company!

I had to get a new Battery for my RV. They had just what I needed. Very helpful fast salesman. Reasonable price.

Needed blub in my lic plate light. They changed the bulb for me. Plus changed the other blub as well. Will be back

Sasha was super helpful and very knowledgeable when I came in with battery issues. Her customer service was A+. I really appreciate her outstanding assistance. Impressive.

Only wrote one review so this should tell you that this is the place to be. Super friendly staff; came in for a brake light replacement and the woman at the front was immediately helping me as I walked in as well as made sure I got the right bulb and even helped install it for me. Best service I think I've ever experienced anywhere.

Sasha was a lifesaver for me tonight at this store! I called with a dead battery 2 minutes til closing. She stayed open for me, replaced my battery once I was able to get there, and was beyond professional and friendly. What a blessing to have such a friendly employee that was willing to help. Is ok but employees dont know much lile most oriellys ive been to so now I go to autozone across the street oh also theyare rude

Don't bother visiting Auto Zone. O'Reilly has superior customer service. The young lady assisting me this evening, at the 248 store, knew the product I needed, offered critique on different brands available, and made a sale! The Bosch windshield wippers I got are exceptional. She even installed them for free! Great store and staff. I won't go anywhere else.

Recently the ignition control module in my car went out. I called this O’reilly’s location and asked if they had a special machine located at other stores in the area that could test the module to verify it’s failure. They told me over the phone that they did and clearly confirmed it too, and as I was about five minutes away I drove down to get it tested and possibly buy a new part. Once I arrived at the store, I asked the employee at the desk to test it for me. He stated almost exactly that they had the machine but it had “broken”. This was five minutes after I called and they said they could test it for me. Absolutely ridiculous. Don’t go to this location. They obviously don’t know what they’re doing.

This is the worst oriellys for customer service. I have visited MANY oriellys over the years and this oriellys location has no interest in helping you locate what you need.

Got an awesome staff here. Very knowledgeable and helpful. I had a weird part and to describe it was fun but they knew exactly what I needed and helped me find the most affordable option for me.

Management, your employee Jerry on the evening shift was a friendly, big help to me this evening March 17,2021. I was embarrassed that i had questions about oil etc and he said “don’t you worry, I’ll come out there and just take care of it. ” And he did. He fixed me right up in the pouring rain and was so friendly about it. When i thanked him, he told me to be sure to pass it on to someone else and to always be kind. God bless him and i hope you keep him on staff as long as he wants to work. He’s an asset to your business.

The staff are kind and willing to help. I was looking for a trailer hitch for my Jeep. The associate offered to come out to see if the part would fit. I would recommend visiting.
