Came in for bikefest. Battery went out on my truck. Bob the store manager was an awesome help. Loaned the tools to change it and then did most of the changing himself. Great job.

We were there with faulty trailer lights and it was like working out of my garage, only more expensive, in and out to buy different wiring, electrical connectors, tools, tape, etc.
The store gets high marks because the counterman was humorous and helpful, making a frustrating job in the cold and dark night a little more entertaining.
Now I have more parts and tools to put in my garage but I'm not complaining, at least not as much as I was last night.
I’ve been received pleasantly at the O’Reillys store in Osage Beach often. A young associate named Jackson spent an inordinate amount of time freeing up my dead, corroded battery pleasantly and professionally. His efforts were beyond any service I've experienced anywhere. He had an extremely positive attitude when I was giving up on it. He is an exemplary ambassador for your store! Thanks to him I know I saved a very expensive trip to a dealer!
