Paul acts like I have no idea what a car is. When I have literally taken apart my engine and rebuilt it. The people up here do not care to help you in fact it’s like you are an inconvenience for them.

Clinton was incredibly helpful and kind helped me refill my antifreeze. Didn’t treat me like an idiot like most car places do! 10 out of 10 and five stars

Went to buy a new set of new headlights for my 2014 ford edge. Staff was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Clint installed the lights for me. Great service and great place to get parts.

Fair amount of parts for your vehicle not huge. Prices are good for some parts high on others. Staff is helpful.

Hats off to staff who can remain calm with a difficult customer and turn to the next customer delightful and with a smile. My only concern with this trip is the item purchased was more expensive than the label had on the shelf. Also, location is tough to traverse when heading west on Dorsett.

Unprofessional staff. I arrived one evening recently to find three employees at the counter and none were in uniform. Furthermore they were all eating dinner. Everything from Chinese to Pizza. The counterperson that helped me was even spitting dip while processing my order.

I went here to pick up done parts for a lawnmower. The guy st the counter was rude when I asked for help finding stuff. He obviously did not want to help. I brought with me the parts I needed snd one of two were wrong.

Always has what I need wether I'm changing tires, swapping an alternator, or doing oil changes on mine and my family's vehicles. Friendly staff, and always willing to help!

Walked into this location and asked what was the correct reverse bulb for my vehicle Wyatt completely looked into the computer system and told me the bulb I needed I get home incorrect bulb so I went back to store and asked another store associate what size bulb I needed he looked into computer system and gave me the correct size bulb I felt first employee which his name is Wyatt was being Racist he didn’t even wanna show me which aisle the bulb was in

This store employees are super helpful but today I was attended by counter person that had tabbaki in his mouth so when he talked, was difficult to catch the words he was saying.after requesting to repeat, all was ok.

They're a little out of my way but 3 closer auto parts stores either didn't have my car battery or wouldn't install it, AutoZone helpfully pointed out there's a Dobbs by them! O'Reilly's has my battery & had it changed quickly!

Been using O'Reilly's for some time now. Better help and a better quality of parts than those other guys at AZ.

Went to get check engine light looked at. Was told they don't check engine lights after dark. Was told it was policy. Called a couple other stores who confirmed it wasn't true. Hope I wasn't profiled

Excellent customer service, great staff. Will recommend this place for any possible auto needs.

Had to put in my own battery and take out old one.the guy there was alone and understaffed. I know tools and got it do in 30 or so.d
