Came in 4 minutes before close. They helped me, without hesitation. Got my part and I was out the door 1 minute before they closed. THAT is true customer service!
My go to auto parts store. Just trying the whole drivers side tire blew and had to replace coil pack, a arm, tirod, complete strut, brake caliper, fuel filter and exhaust.
Three or four people working there only one at the counter and he was on the phone 6 customers standing waiting to get helped while the other employees was in the back talking and laughing
First, I looked up to see if I would be able to have assistance changing my brake light. The Internet said yes. The man at O Riley's gave little effort and said I should take it to a shop. If I wanted to go to a shop for a brake light, I would've taken it to a shop.
Got my keys stolen right off the counter by clerk. Then they tell me I have to have a court subpoena to review the camera footage

Unfortunately customer service is very lacking in this one store enough that I have changed auto parts stores I get better customer service at AutoZone on North belt.
Rude guys in the store and one had no mask on. Need to do a lot better with customer service!
