O'Reilly Auto Parts, Joplin MO

Went to the store on E. 7th to get a bulb for my car. When I was leaving, my car wouldn't start. There was a counter guy outside right next to me, just looking at me and my car. Everytime I tried to start it, he just looked at me. Finally I got it started but it was running rough, shut it off, started it again and it wouldn't start. That counter guy just stared at me. I asked for a jump and I'll be damned if he didn't go inside and start messing around with one of his coworkers! Never go here again!

Most parts in stock or available next day. Seemed a little short staffed but no issues getting in and out with what I needed

This place is very helpful even if they dont have the particular part I need! Great customer service.

I bought a Ultima remanufactured alternator from this store and had them test it after installing it. They said it was fine. I drove about 7 blocks and it malfunctioned. I had the one down the street test it and they said it was bad. I drove back to this store and exchanged it for a brand new Ultima alternator. I installed it and had no more problems. This is the second time I have bought a remanufactured alternator from O'Reilly's that has went out within days. I will never buy a remanufactured alternator ever again especially from O'Reilly's. The assistant manager Brady did exchange the remanufactured one for a brand new one at
the same price. That was much appreciated.

I love that they gave me diy advice for fixing my problem instead of just trying to sell me something i didn't need. For that, I'll def be back! Thank you!

It was alright experience they had just recently polished the concrete floors there and they were shining very good. I had called them asking if they had a gas cap to fit my truck, they said they did so i drove there only to find out they didn't have it.
Floors look great there that's for sure!
